बहुत ही अच्छी विधि बताई है। पालक और टमाटर की सब्जी बनाई जाती है। आप ने टमाटर के बीज निकालकर उसे का प्रयोग किया है। जो लोग इस सब्जी से पथरी होने का कह रहे हैं पहले विधि को ढंग से देखें । फिर कुछ लिखें। आप जब होटल में जाते है वहां भी इस से कहीं ज्यादा ज घी और तेल तड़के में लिया जाता है। इस विधि में केवल तीन चम्मच धी और तेल प्रयोग में लिया गया है। बनाने वाले प्रोत्साहित करना चाहिए। बेमतलब की कमी निकाल कर ज्ञान नहीं देना चाहिए।
