I liked this game because it allowed you to play an ultimate ninja game on the go, and it was nice having 4 tails naruto, shippuden sasuke, 3 different versions of pain, and puppet master sasori, since the U.S. never got Ultimate Ninja 5 there was a lot of characters we didn’t get to play. With that said the overall gameplay is obviously a dumbed down version of the console ultimate ninja games.
I would say this is the worst PSP Naruto game, I was so hyped for it at the time, and after getting it I was SO disappointed by the fighting system, it is a direct downgrade to whatever we had before in UN5 for the PS2 or the prequel UNH2. The moves were so limited and nothing was customisable. I still can’t wrap my mind around why the developers did this.
It was probably done to fit more characters. I don't think they would have been able to fit all the characters they did if they had done full movesets.

The PSP really was a workhorse

Have you never played akatuski rising? That one is the worst bad movement weird jutsu and bad stages
