This video has just come at the perfect time I think. My colleagues and I are on a critical tech project and we are all freelance contractors. Yesterday a big consultancy swooped in sideways and managers are being released left and right. We could be next. This is a crisis time for sure.

"you don't succeed in survival mode" Would you mind elaborating a bit more on that? There's examples of people in survival/fight-or-flight mode who've successfully overcame imminent threats (for example, a home intruder) to save and protect themselves and their families.
