You should call the train station L.A.O.T (legitimately always on time ) Station.
Add train before station if you must
Extend the beach so it goes along the coast line and make it look more natural, don't just plop down a bunch of sand, make it pretty. Also, take the sand as close to the water as you can. I know it doesen't go all the way, but put it as close as possible to the water. P.S. put down some buildings from Abu Dhabi if you want :)
Place a parking lot near it...

This takes me back so much, this was the series that encouraged me to get cities skylines. Now 6 years on I have all the dlc’s and am still loving the game.

Around the train station you should put some fences as barriers to make it a restricted area. Also you can put some shops, cafeterias ect. it would look beautiful. And maybe you can do the entrance of the station more glorious and historical.

Keralis you could add gravel paths/roads in between the tracks as they go into the station. The textures work really well together so it looks like its been worn down by use. It works really well where two tracks kind of join.
It reminds me of old times...watching Bob Ross paint another awesome 10 minute-picture...you know what I mean? So relaxin'

Keralis, turn your Spinnaker Tower. It's an observation tower and would look so much better looking out over the water with your city in the distance instead of looking across to Saudi Arabia. Love this series, definitely the best looking city I've seen. Keep up the great work!
