    After how long do I start to see results?

    • @workout-guru
      @workout-guru  5 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      Hi there, thank you for your question! The length of time it takes to see results can vary depending on a few factors, such as your personal goals, current fitness level, and consistency with your workouts and nutrition. Generally, most people begin to notice changes in their body within 4-6 weeks of consistent effort. However, it's important to remember that results are not just physical, but also mental and emotional. So even if you don't see immediate changes, know that you are still making progress towards a healthier and stronger version of yourself. Keep up the hard work and trust the process!

    What is exercise 2 called? I struggle with the technique.

    • @workout-guru
      @workout-guru  หลายเดือนก่อน

      Exercise 2 is called "plank" and it can be challenging to master the technique. It requires proper form and core strength. It's important to start slow and focus on your form to avoid injury. Don't get discouraged, with practice and patience, you will get better at it. Keep pushing yourself and you'll see progress!

    That,s good for over 50 years or not

    • @workout-guru
      @workout-guru  ปีที่แล้ว +2

      That depends on a variety of factors, such as the type of product and how it's been maintained. In general, products can last much longer than 50 years if they are well taken care of.

      Hey there! I'm glad to hear that these exercises are working well for you. As for doing them every morning, it's definitely worth a try! Just remember to listen to your body and take breaks if needed. And I totally understand the struggle of morning wood, but don't worry, it won't affect the effectiveness of the exercises. Keep up the good work!
