The Netherlands blew me away with the production. Is it this level every year ? Im not a Eurovision follower. My girlfriend is glued to it every year and to be fair sure why not, it’s all good fun and makes people happy. I remember hearing the song by the NL the year they won and thinking wow that’s going to win and be a huge international success. Seeing the NL getting to host was mind blowing. The presenters, ( Nikkie is a star, she has to get a Netflix show ). The talent out of the NL though WOW, Davina, Glennis, Duncan and those presenters could SING. The Eurovision was better presented than any musical show in such a long time. Bravo to all, much love to the NL. Please win and host again 💪🏻
The production differs depending on how much a country is willing to spend. The Netherlands has helped a lot of other hosting countries with their staging so of course they had to show off in their home territory. The augmented reality with the moon in Spains performance and the bridge in Glennis Graces and Afrojacks interval act was a new feature they brought in this year.
It had a clear technical upgrade this year, true. Yet, it doesn't HAVE to be like that every year. If a succesor decides to make an intimate living room show out of it, it could have its charm as well. But well done, the Netherlands. It was stunning!

At a very...very long time i thought Riverdance was the most memorable interval act of ESC all time, untill i saw this masterpeace just in the semi finals. This is Grand Final material and it is the best i have ever seen. Riverdance comes second now, Justin Timberlake Thirth.
I don’t know if someone said it yet but the water refers to The Netherlands bc its like below sea level and stuff its a big part of the country. So clever

The singing was superb, the choreography , the stage, the lights, the video parts. it all just fitted perfectly and made for a emotion evoking experience. Certainly one of the best, if not THE best interval performance at Eurovision of all time
I think this surpassed Riverdance. And yes, being Dutch I may be a bit biased, but when I saw this performance by Davina and also the visuals, I was blown away, and I have seen live concerts of U2, Madonna and Coldplay. I think it was the highlight of Eurovision 2021. Proud to be Dutch!

I kinda felt a bit like a fool to let it get me, time and time again where it didn't seem to have that much to get me emotionally, but it did, and seeing it got you now makes total sense! 🤗

LOL I remember your comment on a live clip of her that she will go big and you recommended her putting a little more effort in her pronounciation of English. I could be wrong - as I am not English - but it seems to me that she is doing so in her songs and covers for some time now. Much obliged if you would give your opinion on that!
I love your videos, and I get the whole having to cut the song up into pieces for copyright part, but like this (very very brief pieces) we as viewers can't really follow you along. Let alone feel the emotion. Yes everybody should watch the entire performance, but as for your video, I'm missing journeying with you. Can't wait for the next video!

She wrote it. She also wrote a great song called "Beat me" for the Grand Prix, which unfortunately could not take place. You can look it up. Her songs allow for this kind of performance and of course were written with that goal.

I love Davina Michelle. But, excuse to make a sligt wether gentle remarque : you speake A LOT and cut the song very often, IT RUINS YOUR VIDEO. Ok, I get il well, you're a professional vocal coach : so you must be used in your profession to stop your students often to correct them, but I gave up watching your vidéo in the middle. Too many cuts. I like watching professional reactions about song techniques but not an explication "mashup" every 2 minutes. That's a pity because you seem very skilled. Sorry to be a bit critical, but I just wanted to tell you my frustration. What you're doing could be awsome !!!😮 Sorry and best regards from France. Laura.

Sometimes at talkshows she is asked to sing a little. Even just sitting at a table she manages to perform at this level.
Seen reactions without so much cutting and they are still out there 2 weeks after.

I know it is awkward, unfortunately. It is to do with copyright, and how much of video I am aloud to use.
