- I got an email from Red Lobster which advertised the Endless Shrimp... I had always wanted to try it, but never really found the time to do so.. but today, I found the time! check it out!

This is a great value for $20. If someone offered a similar deal, under a different restaurant name, on the Las Vegas strip, it would cost at least $50 and many people would be raving about what a good deal it is.

Just to clarify, pricing is regional. It's $27 where I live in Northern California.
I asked the price at the NYC location and it was $30!

Cheddar Bay Biscuits! I used to love those. I wish they had the endless crab still, but I think they lost their shirts from that so they don't offer that anymore. I loved when you put the gatlic shrimp in with the shrimp alfredo...I would choose that option.

Fun facts:
They are so popular that you can buy the Red Lobster-branded biscuit mix just about anywhere and enjoy them at home.
I first tried them a few years ago when I heard the rapper Nicki Minaj rave about them. She used to work as a server for the restaurant chain.
The biscuits were first introduced in 1992, but the Cheddar Bay name wasn't attached to them until 1996.
I loved the "I don't know who Walt is... lets just hope he has good taste in shrimp..." LOLOL.

Ate there Saturday after watching your video. Just so everyone know, they've up'd the price to $27. Our server said that is at all locations. Still a good deal. We enjoyed it. Also, no more shrinp rangoons.
20 bucks and I think it is a good deal, but 27 bucks would give me pause... for $27 I can go to the southpoint non-friday buffet which have so much more choices.. or eat my heart out at Village Pub. they need to keep it at 20.
I stay away from any shrimps that is fried with heavy coating. Im surprises your shrimps on a skewer were the best. Mine came out dry most of the time. $20 IS A STEAL. Thanks for another eats video.

Took your advice Danny and we loved the grilled shrimp. Between that and those tasty biscuits it that was worth it.
WHOA, that's a lot of shrimp. But that's okay with me, I love shrimp! Like you, I think my favorite would have been the shrimp skewers. Then shrimp Linguini, and garlic shrimp scampi ... in that order, and maybe even the parrot isle coconut shrimp (BTW, did you try the pina colada tarter sauce?). I might pass on the others just so that I could have a second helping of my favorites. I might also pass on the biscuits and the rice as the pasta and fries would be enough starch for me. However, if I were forced to try a sample of all types of the shrimp, no problem, I could do that. 😉 I truly enjoyed this video Danny. This meal looks like one I would have truly enjoyed. 😋 thanx for another great video!

The British would call them something other than biscuits. Those shrimp looked yummy, especially the Alfredo.
British Biscuits we call shortbread. In the USA Biscuits are either dropped or rolled dough and served instead of bread.
It's not about the size of the shrimp, it's about the motion of the ocean 🤭

You needed some rice for the garlic shrimp. For me, I'd be powering through the coconut shrimp and garlic shrimp, plate after plate. Id be dipping the cocnut shrimp into the garlic sauce too.

I always order a Ceasar Salad without croutons, and I break up the biscuits and put them into the salad. Yummy!
I always ask for my Caesar dressing on the side and I dip bits of the biscuits in the little cup of dressing they bring out. Those biscuits beg for the savory yum of their Caesar dressing.
Wow, that's a lot of shrimps for 20 bucks. You always make a regular visit to a restaurant fun and enjoyable. I get confuse with those different size forks too.😂

You can now buy the biscuit mix and make at home
They also offer the biscuits frozen so you can bake at home. But they just are not the same and they are not as good. I think that is on purpose.
To eat the biscuit the rice and fries is all to fill you up from eating too many shrimp..it's like going to a buffet I always go for the money food like seafood and avoid the fillers fyi
I do practice that method, but I also enjoy the side fillers too.. I guess it all depends on the day! thank u for watching
You can now cross off the endless shrimp from your bucket list. $20 for all of that shrimp is a really good price. My favorite is the Scampi.

Cheddar cheese biscuit have always been nice, but too filling. Inexpensive to make, ideal to fill you up before the endless shrimp. Rice and FF are also fillers, even if they are good. Stay the course, shrimp, shrimp, shrimp full stream ahead. All still looked good🍤🍤🍤🍤. $20 is still a fair deal. 👍
I love the Walt’s lol. And skewers and scampi. My gf thinks it’s disgusting, but I love endless shrimp at Red Lobster.
My favorite is the coconut shrimp, Walts second, then shrimp Rangoon, haven't tried the dragon shrimp yet.

Just found your channel! We also, did a review locally, in Pigeon Forge Tennessee, (Sevierville). I liked Walt's and the Scampi the most! The Parrot Isle with the Pineapple sauce, makes it very tropical. Take Care.

Red Lobster is awesome, one of my favorite restaurants, my favorite shrimp is the coconut ones...
We don't go to chains to often but Red Lobster is always a nice option for us once or twice a year. We tend to eat at the bar since it is quicker and the bartenders are awesome. But the table service is also some of the best that I've experienced. I don't think that I've ever had an unfriendly or disinterested server in a Red Lobster in my lifetime.
I actually prefer Walt's Favorite and the Grilled Skewers. Walt's Favorite uses a very common breading that I grew up eating. I use the same sort of breading in my own home when I fry belly clams so it might be acquired taste/texture. I also find their cocktail sauce to be pleasant and very similar to what I make at home.
I wouldn't order any of the other shrimp preparations offered myself. I tried the Coconut Shrimp more than 10 years ago and the dipping sauce turned me off. Sweet fried shrimp do need a dip but it shouldn't be just a sauce that is even sweeter than the main itself.
I gotta do this at my local one. And those biscuits are sooo yummy
This is the Best Red Lobster location in Vegas, period. I've tried all of them after living here 38 years? (The service is excellent there, especially cos I Dine alone?) And it can feel awkward sometimes!👌

We love the endless shrimp. I get the shrimp scampi and mix with rice. Yum!! But don’t have the endless shrimp and see the doctor the next day! My cholesterol and blood pressure!

Lead Lobster... yum. Looks good. Always skipped the cheesy biscuits as cheap stuff designed to fill you up before the real value arrived. The carbs are tasty as can be. Coconut Shrimp... oh yeah. The skewers have been a faorite for decades. Walt? Me wants teh garlic shrimp scampi ( I love sauces). I'd weigh 500 pounds if I ate like you.

Technically they're drop biscuits or dropped scones.
They are biscuits. American biscuits are similar to scones but they're more buttery, fluffier and a bit more savory than a typical scone. Scones typically use eggs. American biscuits do not. Biscuits also use an acidified dairy (buttermilk) to help make them lighter and fluffier rather than just plain cream. And biscuits are typically folded into layers multiple times to make them more flaky.
I like them both but I do enjoy a good buttermilk biscuit most of all.

Went for the AYCE Shrimp. $27 in upstate NY . The waiter brought out my first 3 selection and didn't see him again for 40 minutes. Very disappointed Feel like it was a scam at this Red Lobster
well, the thing is, if this happens, you should speak with the manager right away, get up from the table and just go to the hostess and ask for the manager right away
