Eating at a Soon-to-Close Red Lobster

- What's good, everyone?! Today's video is something that vastly differs from my usual niche of content. As you may know, Red Lobster filed for Chapter 11 Bankruptcy in May 2024. This was followed by the announcement of many locations to close across the U.S. One of those such locations that was slated to get the axe in the coming months is located at 2460 Mall Dr. in North Charleston, SC. This location has been a familiar face in the North Charleston community for many years, and much like the other regional location in West Ashley, this location will most likely remain vacant after its closure. In light of this news, I decided to bring light onto what the Red Lobster experience was like. Join me as I enjoy a delicious meal at this dying restaurant chain for what may very well be the final time.
I hope you all enjoyed my unique touch on dining in at a Red Lobster in North Charleston, SC.

Cool video. Yes small portion size did surprise me as well. My last red lobster visit was 2022. Best fry seasoning for me was steak and shake.
The one here in Peoria Illinois is still open for now
Zee Mann really enjoyed this video it was something different. Thanks
I worked at three of them as a waiter. Makes me sad to see the company decline😥 One of the hardest jobs I ever had really but still have love for the place. People there hang out together there after work, kinda miss that. Always had a ton of money working there.
Putting 3 bowls on a large plate that could fit all of that food is hilarious.
Everyone loves to copy GRM. That okay; he makes gooder videos than everyone else.
Wow thi red lobster looks exactly like a red lobster in nj… and that their problem.. they never upgraded after all these decades… their architecture, the interior design, etc…. They never evolved. It like stepping into a time capsule when you go to red lobster
Its a scam the elite are saving all the lobsters for themselves 😅
Excellent video dude! 👍🏻 Red Lobster food is good. But it’s very pricey.
Another good video!
I think they all have the same exact design no matter what state you're in. Nice I guess.
Hopefully this service was faster than that IHOP 🤦♂️
Your wayyy too young to know BUT there used to be a full fledged Mall across from that Red Lobster, it was called Charles Towne Square Mall. It was very popular back in the 80's cause of the decorations they would put up during the holidays plus it had a children's train that ran throughout the entire mall. Anchor stores included Montgomery Ward's & I think there was also a JC Penny's in there to go along with the normal stores like Footlocker, Kaybee Toys, Lerner's, etc etc. It closed in the late 90's or so for a movie theater & then that closed and they put that City Hall there along with some apartments. That Red Lobster was my dad's favorite place to eat back then, we used to go there after leaving the Drive-In movie theater that used to be over there right around where Tanger Outlets is now...
Just saw you hit 1000 subs! Congrats!! 🎉🎉🎉
Subbed to your channel, awesome video ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
I wish you would take me on a North Charleston Red Lobester dinner date...
damn. based off that intro, that whole area is slowly dying. So many stores/businesses gone
Shrimp scampi is my favorite!
