Schmincke had been doing so well in the dot card series that I was sad to see how poor this dot card is compared to the Exclusive, Light and Dark colour cards.

That's a darn good question about the date the colour cards are issued vix a vis pigment changes.

Thank you, it is one of the biggest issues I find when brands don't include a pigment number. Like if I were to get a W&N dot card in a few months and if it didn't include pigment numbers, how would I know if it was there post PG18 reformulation or their old formula.
