They told me the second rod license is only available in-land, not in the bay. I like your videos, please introduce fishing points in bay area more! Thank you.

When you’re throwing for Striper I would recommend to throw a swim bait because you have a great chance of catching a halibut

Be careful, in San Francico bay, using two rods simultaneously is violation of the CDFW rules even if you have a second rod license.
