- The third title sequence for Spider-Man designed by Kyle Cooper from Prologue Films. This sequence evolves from the previous outing told with paintings by Alex Ross, this time Cooper and Bob Murawski worked together selecting the most representative scenes mainly from the first movie in order to re-state the love triangle between Peter, Mary Jane and Harry to the audience.* This sequence includes new music by Christopher Young, Danny Elfman and Deborah Lurie§; along with the now familiar Spider-Man tune it includes portions from the Black Costume theme and The Sandman theme.

The cancellation characters include Vulteress (Felicia Hardy) Vulture, and The Lizard, the reason why it was cancelled it was because Sam Raimi didnt like the stories and wash getting rushed by Sony to make the reboot (The Amazing SpiderMan)

Motu Patlu is the best anime I remember when I was 8 or 9 when The Amazing Spider-Man trailer came out and I was like "Wheres Spider-Man 4?!" "This guy looks nothing like the REAL Spider-Man!!!" "This is OUTRAGEOUS!" and from then on I decided to NEVER watch The Amazing Spider-Man. It's been about 10 years since that day and I STILL haven't watched The Amazing Spider-Man or The Amazon Spider-Man 2 ( Or Homecoming but I have watched the Civil War which I only watched because it had Spider-Man in it).

@@KiLLuMaNti1993 Basically what happened was, they had script issues on who wants to portray new villains such as Bruce Campbell who was supposed to be Quentin Beck aka Mysterio, John Malkovich aka The Vulture, Anne Hathaway Black Cat or Vultress, and Dylan Baker aka Dr. Connors/The Lizard and which actors would want to come back to portray their main characters in the film. But sadly, Bill Nunn who portrayed as Robbie Robertson passed away in 2016 from leukemia right after the last Spider-Man film.

i'm sorry but I liked this movie just like the first two.. I know its not as perfect as the second one and there is some story elements that felt rushed + it got silly moments, but at the end, it is still sooooo underrated

***** this reboot is just all over the place. The only thing I really like about it is the chemistry between Andrew Garfield and Emma Stone. Its just perfect... As for everything else, i'll go with the Raimi trilogy.
Dominique Deguire The only reason they decided to make the reboot is to offer something that the Sam Raimi trilogy deliberately ignored: a romantic relationship between the two main leads. That was also why they chose Marc Webb as the director: he's better at handling romance than Sam Raimi, but again, Spider-Man is about superhero fighting against the superior villains, not making out with girlfriend or some bullshit like that. Personally, I have no problem with the lack of chemistry between MJ and Parker in the original version: in fact, I think Sam Raimi intentionally never tried to develop it so that he could focus as much as possible on the villains: The Green Goblin, Doc Ork... which is exactly what Marc Webb can't handle. Thus, we have a decent start with TASM 1 and a steaming pile of shit with TASM 2.
The extent to which a superhero movie is good is entirely dependant upon the villain: if you have a good villain, the movie is great; if not, not even the romantic relationship between the hero and his generic girlfriend can offer any redeeming quality.

This is literally the best opening out of all, the theme is completely made better and I love how it showed two flashback scenes of the two previous villains, Green Goblin and Doc Ock^^
It's my favorite aesthetic out of all 3. I just really like how it shows the clips on planes that are different distances from the camera, that line up when you're at the right angle

You know what’s creepiest about this scene is Venom studied Peter Parker as a human and knew he would become Spider-Man even before Peter became Spider-Man. That’s why they’re showing all these clips ahead of time to show why Venom chooses Peter as his victim and host as well as to give a preview of what happened in the two previous films. That’s why they chose this darker theme.” (Truly Dark Stuff!)

The amount of times I watched this movie as a kid was ridiculous

They dedicate like 2 minutes to spider-man but only like 30 seonds to spider-man 2 I wonder why?
Yes that was my first thought when I saw it in cinemas, maybe it's because the third has more relation to the first rather than the second, foir instance in third we see the "real" killer of Uncle Ben and the legacy of the Green Goblin. But I really hated how they left the second deliberately out, it deserved more time in the title sequence.
MajinVegito100 It's because they need to fill people in, who haven't seen the first two films, and remind those who have, about things which will be relevant in the third film. Therefore they dedicate a lot of time to Uncle Ben's death, as revenge is a huge theme in this movie. Similarly they need to show Peter actually gaining his powers, so that people who haven't seen the first two understand a little bit how he became Spider-Man. The only things which take place in Spider-Man 2 which are relevant to this film are the development of Peter's relationship with MJ and Harry's quest for revenge for his father's death, both which get adequate screen time. Large portions of Spider-Man 2 are Spidey fighting Doc Ock and Peter giving up on being Spider-Man, both of which have no effect on the story of Spider-Man 3, so they don't need to be shown in much detail.

Honestly I like to think that this is what the symbiote sees in Peter's mind webs & memories.
For me those intro titles in Tobey's Spiderman are legendary.
I like how this could be seen as the symbiote processing through Peter's memories and experiences as it absorbs his powers.

In my opinion for spider man homecoming they should do opening credits like the original trilogy and just like in the third show his origin story through the opening credits which i think be a really cool idea

I just love how these intro perfectly sums up what happened behind the scenes of this movie, you see it starts off with the normal theme, thanks until we reach the point of the recap of when uncle Ben death, that's when the new beat starts and where the venom symbiote is seen covering the webs almost like it's tainting Spider-Man better judgement,but then the original theme comes back, very much like how the end of the movie Peter puts the normal suit back on.
All these kids taking about how this is nostalgic were probably only like 3 or 4 when this came out tbh…
I like how there's no responsibility theme in the titles, like how throughout the first half of the movie Peter completely ignores his responsibility, and gains an ego.
Weird to think that the MCU started straight after this Movie, 2008 Iron Man

For me this is the best movie of spiderman….. the black suit, the dark story, has a lot of violence and scary moments, the mystery and the final epic fight really is the best for me
My tears shed watching this cause it obviously reminds me of my childhood.

Fuck the haters. This movie isn't perfect and had its flaws, I know. But it's still better than many MCU and DC movies, it's nostalgic and epic. Oh, and the most important thing:
It gave us Bully Maguire.
