It is possible to have 2 or 3? what if I want my own mail with Microsoft and its tools, but maybe a secondary mail for admin stuff, so I'd pick the free zoho option . I'm new into this 😅

Google actually doesn’t enforce their proprietary system, you can enable IMAP and use app-specific passwords. If IMAP is disabled, this can‘t happen though.
I want to have an email service that looks like it was custom built. Is there any ready made solution for this? Eventually I would like to hire developers if the service actually gets popular.
i dont belive this type of serices are around !! our emails are down from last two weeks and we are only geeting auto genrated emails ...we are loosing our customers due to this issue 2nd thing we are unable to change our MX records as the hosting provider is namecheap butt still no responce

? Zoho has instructions to setup IMAP with your own email client. Edit: (3 minutes later) discovered that's not on free account - sorry comment impatience 😑 I will say though you do get a lot for your money on the Mail Lite plan 👍

That's literally not possible. You must own the domain at which SMTP relays requests through. You may be able to mimic such domains, but absolutely cannot just create any email you so desire, even if you may be able to enumerate such.
