Study the entire Bible. As a human, are you that simple and one sided or way more complex? Now think about the creator of the universe and everything in it. He created perfection and the beings he created in his own image, turned to evil, serves his enemy (Satan), and even when he makes a way for forgiveness and reconciliation, they reject him. Nothing is hidden from God. There is punishment and judgement for evil. Nobody gets away with anything. You can be forgiven by God and still face the earthly consequences of your actions. Should good men stand by and allow evil men to run through the innocent? They (evil) ALWAYS will. It will not stop until the world ends. There's no standing on the side lines, once it starts in this country. Remember that.
I like this a lot! It seems modern Christianity has taken too much of route of misinterpretation of thinking men need to be gentle and soft and non aggressive in certain ways. I don’t think that’s true. I think God designed men to be Warriors, kings, and protectors. There are so many stories in the Bible of God growing individuals into warriors. God himself is a warrior. But as warriors we must have our capacity to be dangerous under voluntary control. Thus the Lion and the Lamb which is the savior of the world.
Whatever you are capable of, both physically and mentally. What you can financially and sensibly afford for defense and have the time to train with and in. Being able to survive in any circumstances or situations, environment, and geographic location. Being self sufficient. Start by learning to grow corn and tomatoes, if you've never grown anything. Learn to hunt and fish, store water, can foods. Be able to decide if it's better to dig in and stand your ground where you are or take whatever survival equipment you can carry and flee to a predetermined location for survival. Living in a good community is always your best bet. Alone is never ideal even if it may become necessary. There's a LOT that we've lost due to modern comfort and technology. Start somewhere and never stop learning.
