Mark, Wow! There's no one on TH-cam who edits as well as you and video efforts continue to amaze. You've taken your productions to a whole new level. Congratulations🎉
Thank you. This one was a bit overwhelming. So many missing pieces as it's difficult to capture footage and figure things out. I appreciate your comment.
Chris, I couldn't agree w/ your statement more. I haven't seen anyone approach the editing, photography, content and score. Mark and Trish, eep up the great enetertainment.
From the first episode I ever watched of them years ago, this was my exact thoughts and exactly what hooked me on them. Of course they're one AWESOME couple!
I just love Caleb! I started crying when I saw he had flowers for his Mom. He’s such a great son! Miss seeing him in your videos! Congratulations Trish! Can’t wait to see your fun adventure!
This was one of your most fun video. I love Trish excitement. No expectations besides learning. And me too Caleb made me dry, what an awesome surprise. Can’t wait to see the next video
"My little baguette" - that's when I lost it. What an incredible series this is going to be. I had past visions of Italy still dancing in my head from your last trip to Europe, and now France & Cordon Bleu - ooo-la-la!!! Thank you for not only making me smile, but laugh. Be well!
You guys have no idea how much joy this video has brought my Paris loving heart. Thank you for sharing this experience. Le Cordon Bleu is a dream of mine.
YESSSSSSS!!!!! The first Americans doing it right, when traveling to Europe. Learn a little language, and have something to do , some learning class, some apprenticeship, some hobby or sport to do with locals. Thats how it goes. You make local contacts and get some experience, how the locals live and how local social life goes.
Ok guys where do i start?! ❤❤this is why i love following you! We are an entire generation of now and soon to be empty nesters! And life does NOT end when our kids leave! Its a whole new half of our lives open to explore , learn, thrive, and live!!! Watching Trish made me cry❤ she exemplifies what we are capable of at our age! New dreams, new goals, new aspirations!! And watching Mark cheer her on and ‘find some friends’ was the icing on the cake of it all! This short series is fire!🔥🔥🔥 And its just started!!! 🙌🙌🙌
I've followed your videos for quite a while. Your relationship is absolutely amazing. Throughout the early years of RVing with the kids it was clearly evident that the children, their education and upbringing was first and foremost and as the time went on you evolved so nicely with transitioning to still being those two support pillars for the kids, but never ever loosing who you were as a couple and individuals. Your pure excitement when you cheer each other on with individual goals is so heartwarming. I am so thrilled for Trish and her culinary journey and for Mark and his biking. Such a beautiful evolution of a family unit
You're my hero, trish, following your adventure and dreams. Great job. Take care of her, Mark, she's a keeper. Cooking brings such joy to everyone. Spread the joy.
Culinary school is my favorite school, you got to enjoy your work of labor right away! I went to small French culinary school in Houston, I couldn’t imagine how it feels being in Cordon Bleu in Paris! Good luck Trish & enjoy all the fresh homemade baked goods 😋 🥖
Oh my gosh Trish! You are absolutely glowing with excitement and joy! This is going to be an extraordinary series! PS... seeing Caleb surprise you with flowers really made my heart smile! 🫶🫶💖💖🧑🍳🧑🍳🧑🍳
I lived in Switzerland for 20 years from 1999 to 2018. It’s usually difficult for me to watch Euro videos, but this is delicious! All puns intended. En plus! G
Oh man Paris is such an awesome city. You go in for a glass of water, you get a basket of bread. Last time I was there the only way I kept from gaining a lot of weight was the fact I did so much walking. It’s time to go again! Such an awesome video guys! Safe travels!
Loved what yall did there with the computer generated globe shot followed by a high altitude shot of a completely flat plain from ur window on the plane 😙🤌🏼 chef tris kiss
Oh I could cry - you are living the dream of baking at Le Cordon Bleu and spending an extended time in Paris. I was there for two weeks in September (2nd visit) and I wouls love to do that experience!
Omg, can’t wait to watch your series…my wife and I lived in Puteaux (near the Grand Arch) many years ago. Now we live in Michigan. #1 - you need to go to Fauchon. At least when I was there, it seemed that was the place you could find THE most perfect fruit and vegetables. I mean PERFECT. #2 - go to the town of Giverny. Just NW of Paris. Monets house and studio is there. The most famous bridge over the lily pond is there and it’s just like the painting. A must see. #3 - Galleries Lafayette, #4 - Printemps #5 - BHV - huge “hardware” store
Enjoy guys! Our middle daughter attended and graduated from La Cordon Bleu in France after taking a 12 month course specializing in pastries several years back. Now she's a banker LOL! We just ended our five month journey in our Airstream Classic last week and stayed in your neck of the woods (Sedona, AZ) during part of our journey. Keep the clips coming......

Watching your family, your marriage, the respect, the agility, the love and support. I was gleaming for both of you the whole time. You're going to knock em dead Trish. And that Caleb, that kid is awesome 👌
Whenever we are visiting a new city we always start with a hop on hop off bus tour. Gives us the lay of the land, familiarizes us with the streets, we learn some history. And our next days are so much easier.
Such a wonderful, high-quality video. I was smiling the entire time. It brought back so many memories of my time in Paris. Mark, you’ve got to be crazy to ride a bicycle on the streets of Paris. I had a hard time driving those streets. Enjoy your time in Paris. I’m looking forward to all of your videos in this series. Hope your place in Saint Pete was not damaged.
We were lucky and no damage to the Bungalow. I love driving here. As crazy as it is, and I'll admit, it's crazy! I have yet to see an accident. I do appreciate how Europeans drive.
WOW! So much going on here and all of it exceptionally well done! The joy and pride and love you show for for each other is so uplifting. The whole video is deeply engaging and shows Marc’s next level expertise. Trish, you are the bravest! Cannot wait to see what happens next. You guys are the best entertainment anywhere!
So very very proud of you Trish and Marc, I am so dedicated to your channel, I almost cried when Trish came out of the bedroom or bathroom wherever she was in her chef's outfit, I'm so proud of you guys I kind of think of you guys as like my little brother and little sister, I hope that does not weird you out but I do

Oddly enough, I went to culinary school in Scottsdale, AZ and loved it. I learned so much while I was there and had so much respect for my Chef Instructors. I do tell people that the culinary industry is not for the faint at heart. It is hard work, and I loved it. Worked as a Pastry Chef and a caterer for over 10 years.
We live in East TN. I went to Paris from 10/7-10/15. I was flying up to Milwaukee from Asheville on 10/5. Rt. 26 collapsed from the hurricane a week before my flight. It was pretty nerve wracking wondering if a detour would be ready. All went well and it was amazing flying Air France from O’Hare to Charles de Gaulle. Yes I love that you said it was an easy flight. It totally was. We all said the same thing when we landed.
Your content is sooo entertaining and fun! You’re on a very cool adventure! Thanks for sharing with us. Love watching you guys all these years and now the last two years being full time ourselves.
