I solely depend on the ones shared by TH-camrs and it's not enough because I have noticed that most of these jobs are for those already in the UK.

I will give you an honest answer to work as senior care assistant in hospital they need NVQ level 3 and care certificate, you won’t be able to use a physiology degree for being a senior care assistant,

Yes dear I reduced it when I was renewing it . But even if you’re not due for a contract renewal you can still discuss with your employer if you have pressing needs.
