People warned me this game would be bad but I had to experience it myself to believe it lol.. I thought it’d be a lot more combat oriented but it’s moreso a large fetch quest with some combat segments inbetween. You run from city to city to deliver things and the roads inbetween feature enemies that can be completely skipped. The only reason to kill these is to farm gold. They spawn infinitely unless you beat up their tent, but the tent just respawns on your next visit so it’s kinda pointless. Having a guide definitely helps, but it’s not too difficult to figure things out on your own. Unfortunately the combat feels horrid and the Cyclops battle in the beginning of the game is probably the second hardest boss which feels unfair. The hardest boss is definitely the Titan, which is imo one of the hardest N64 bosses I’ve ever faced. Quick note on him: you can only shoot the targets down when your aiming meter shows red. Took me a bit to realize this so I’m blundering a bit in the beginning of the fight. Overall, it’s just one of those bad but memorable N64 exclusive titles. I’m still glad I got to play and experience it
@Emiliodelgado25 yeah, I'm old now. Pretty sure the show started in like the mid 90's? Also, Xena: Warrior Princess. They would do crossovers for both shows sometimes I remember.
Titus may have taken a little bit of inspiration from Ocarina of Time, not too much, just a little. Too bad they didn't take the actual good level design and combat.
The only things that turn me down for this game is: changing caracteres, not decorated the houses, the monument is too hard, the hitbox is very huge, i cant see their faces, the Message chatbox is too fast to read... Still seems a linda Goodwill game for the time it was released... lets be honest. Also, the fame souls be named "Hercules and Friends: quest to become heroe".
@@robwar1992 blues Brothers 2000 was OK but not perfect, it’s a 16mb which is fairly large for a cartridge probably explaining why the game was delayed so the devs could have more time then just rushing it
Nostalgia.
Man now I miss the show.
In a game about Heracles they sure made you feel weak. Reminds me of the Marvel Avengers game where Hulk took 20 punches to down a single enemy

Does it hold up? I remember watching this show as a kid on the WB channel.

Yeah it's definitely not close to a Zelda clone as some people make it out to be, imo
The show was and still is fantastic, shame the game is a poor Zelda 64 clone.
Dracula werewolves
Werecula
Drawolf
This was never at blockbuster it was always just rented out just like Xena
