Excellent, starting plyometrics with this. Goes well with an Isometric calf focus atmo. The 'How to Run' video also planted the idea to maybe start sprinting soon. Great work, keep it up!
Just found this video a fee days ago. Been doing your runners core workout for a while and a leg exercise video. This one, however is freakn INSANE! Dude you are a badass! I know these vids are older, hope you are still going at it. 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
Hi Hector, Thanks for this video i have been using this every other day for last 2 months. Not injured my calf yet. And been able to enjoy running again. I used to get calf cramp/tears and not able walk the stairs for 1 week after a run. This exirse really helped me so far (crossing my fingers) Keep up the good work:) Would love a progression video to further strenghten my calves. (greetings from the netherlands)
hey.. man... thanx for the video.. and one question .. why sir ... actually in my ryt leg in the calf muscle ... i think my veins is curving.. and i m an athlete wht to do...plz...do reply sir .
+yash #yoo Thank you for the support! I couldn't give you a good answer to your question without knowing more. Plus, I'm not a doctor. Just a guy who likes to stay healthy and run. I can't give you medical answers...only assumptions. For example, you may have some form of varicose veins that cause your leg veins to pop out more than normal. Also, if you have really toned calves, your veins will natually pop out due to tighter skin. Again, take what I say with a grain of salt. Seek out a professional if it's something that is really worrying you.
