I need to share with you what is happing to us during the step "Case is being activily reviewed " USCIS was activily reviewing our case on august 02 2023 an the estimated time was 2 months, and later this one went down to 5 weeks, 4 weeks til to 1 week and changed to case is taking longer than expected. I was frustrated. Some weeks ago means that today i log in the Account and Case is taking longer than espected changed to 1 week, i dont know whats going on. Did someone experienced this one ?

My VAWA case was filed in September 2020 and finally got approved in March 2023. A RFE letter was sent in May 2023 for my I-485 which i filed concurrently with my I-360. I submitted the evidence in June but there has been no acknowledgement of receipt or any notification from USCIS since then. Now i am at a loss as to what next to do.
The Vermont Service Center told me my case has been moved to the NBC who will now decide on my case. However, the officer at my InfoPass appointment in October told me my case is in Newark, NJ office. Everytime i call i am told to write a letter to the Vermont Service Center.
Please i need help! How can i reach your office for a consultation? Suggestions are also welcome please. Thank you

My uncle submitted a case for his brother (my dad) in 2009 and we haven’t heard anything. Is it normal to wait for that long for a Form I-130, Petition for Alien Relative?

Split USCIS into different independent department each dealing with different categories of immigration 😈 😈 😈
