Happy 200th episode.. its been great being on this journey with you and the A's. Nice roll of the dice on the Tabbatt / Bramlett picks.. I really wanted Bramlett and felt he might go when you picked Tabbatt but as always you know best 👌 You did a really nice job in what I thought was a pretty underwhelming draft class this year, some good looking prospects that it will be fun to see how they progress over the years. 'Unicorn' Jackson is one tall catcher... has there been anyone like him before!?! You HAVE to give him that nickname 😂. I liked the other catcher you grabbed in the 5th.. Whack looks to have a really nicely rounded bat and if his glove can be improved in the lab he might be a hidden gem 👍 I was disappointed to see Bracamontes go though. I know no one else seemed to like him but I really thought he was one that could be a great prospect for us and would love to know how he does in the future. Oh and OSS.. just1 pitcher!! How times have changed, that would have been unheard of earlier in this playthrough 😱 Nice deal to pick up Schons and move on from Hunsacker who has been disappointing and at 34 is likely on the slide so the timing is probably right with the youngsters we've got coming through. Schons looks a really nice infield pickup and will certainly get the ball in play a lot and perhaps some time in the lab will see that power and eye improved as well. Nice episode of work 👏
Thank you! I like the way it all worked out too... although I'm also surprised at the lack of top picks I have been spending on high school starting pitchers recently!
Congrats on the 200th episode OSS! Love the draft -- think trading for Jenkins is the high risk reward that could yield some excellent results in the postseason and there is more than enough depth on the farm to replace Palomares or trade for a replacement next season
Not a bad draft at all, and congrats on episode 200! The Schons trade also looks solid even if I don't really see where he'd go on the major league team.
I agree... I don't really know where Schon would go with the big club right now, but at the price we had to pay for him I think he has value as an insurance policy and potential trade chip down the line...
Had to catch up on a couple episode backlog but I’m back! I’m a big fan of the Schons trade, low risk and potentially high reward. Good asset management Unfortunate the way some of the draft picks ahead of us went but ended up okay, I do feel this was generally a weaker pool of players than some other years. Think you made the right decisions with your first couple of picks.
I like who we picked too (it would be a big problem if I didn't), but there were a few rounds in a row where the one guy I was really hoping would fall to us next did not!
Thank you. Looks like we made it to 239 combined episodes in OOTP 23 with the Royals, Pirates and Rockies series. I think we can top that number with the A's, but not sure we're going to make it to the 269 episodes we had with the Buffalo expansion team in OOTP 24!
Hey! I’m not sure if you know this or will do this, but you can increase the ballpark size to increase the revenue. If you think it’s cheating, you can go into commish mode and remove some money from your budget or add some expenses
Thanks, I did think about increasing the size of the stadium several seasons ago, but ultimately decided to keep things a little more difficult with the A's by not giving myself the opportunity to generate more money by potentially putting more fans in the seats!

Thank you, looking forward to seeing if we can pull off another trade or two before the deadline!

Hey man congrats on 200! Been MIA for awhile but been watching from the start.
Glad to have you on board, thank you!

Congrats on 200! Love the series and excited to see how this season turns out
Thank you, I'm feeling good about where things are headed with this team right now!

Let's go 200!
Looks like my third straight OOTP season with 200+ episodes... if I do it for another 18 years I'll have more episodes that Pete Rose had hits!
Schons trade seems very good
I hope it works out, I think it's pretty low risk given the price we paid!
