In the description he writes “rogue-lite” which basically means it possesses some but not all elements of “rougelikes”. But i understand where you’re coming from
I love the idea of this game. When i first seen it i thought it a cross country drive trying to escape from some sort of catastrophe. I will still defo be getting this game but i hope it inspires someone to make that too. Cheers
Look, the game seems like it’ll be loads of fun. But, if there’s not a way to hit Bigfoot with your car, strap him to your roof, name him Harry, and eventually befriend him and save his life from a French poacher, the developers have failed. It’s got George’s car, and it’s based in the Pacific Northwest, which is Bigfoot country and where the Hendersons lived, for Gods sake. I want to be John Lithgow, dammit!
Ive had a game idea in my head thats similar to this but you drive a tank which can be upgraded in many ways by using materials you find in the environment like strapping a bench to the front of it or some other wierd stuff like this which gives full freedom, the main enemies would be something thats extremely mysterious and you only find out what the threat look like later in the game when you unlock some sort of special vision device. It would be set in some sort of large city with a rural area around it and the environment would be destructible to allow for resource collection. I hope one day someone makes a game like this or maybe I will one day.
So npc's over the radio... that feels like Fallout 76 (before the npc patch). An empty world with only voices on the radio. I wonder how the reviews will turnout. 🤔
The definition of "roguelike" has become so diluted that it means nothing anymore.
Awwww
EXACTLY!!

That's why it's a road-light instead
Not really. It's still incredibly descriptive.

It feels like Firewatch, but with fantasy and cars.
I know what my next game is going to be after tekken 8. The story in this game should be really cool.
Why tf would you buy Tekken 8 😂
Car survival? Sci-fi? Boom bought already 😂

Is that the Griswold Family Truckster?
i dont understand the recommended gpu
Is the 2080 good enough or do i need 3070 :s
or does it depended on resolution/quality :sss
A 2080 is more than enough. Performance is going to vary with resolution/ quality like every other game.
@@authorrichards7633I could barely manage a stable 60 (not even a constant) in the demo with a 3070.
Was interested if this would be playable on the steam deck, but I’m not holding my breath. Probably will be a PS5 pickup.
Playable on Portal.....
i keep getting stuck in the car ability screen, is this a bug? is there a way out of it? none of my keys or mouse will do anything

Who wants to play a non stop repair car
Yeah I'm not too sure about this...
I get a roadside picnic feeling
Looks like a great concept just kinda wished there was more RNG on to what kind of car you started with tbh.
A bit of a different game for me but i preordered. It looks really fun
nice knowing this now since i already pre-ordered the game like, a month ago
This screams make me vr!
Looks like a great game. Pity it isn't on Xbox series X or switch.
this or mudrunner expedition
A 2080 is not too demanding?
yeah and 16gb of ram is demanding too
@@Avatar9370016gb of ram is not demanding. You can go out today, spend $30-$40 (the price of the game itself) and have 16gb of ram.
mans spoiled the game 15seconds in

The reviews were like that, because Bethesda games NEED npcs.

wtf are you suppose to do in the game?
ok, i think im gonna be forced to throw away my shitty 1050ti
what game is this?
I dunno, chief. Maybe Pacific Drive, since that’s what the title of the video says. 🙄
Minecraft
Why explain how the story opens up when first playing? This is just stupid and ruins that opening for anyone else. Dumb video.
It’s gonna bomb
Thanks for the review..., I'll pass...
