Strangely the road quietened down on the way back. I hit the rush hour when it was busy. They must all finish work at 5pm and want to get home quickly.
Brings back memories. I used to live in Hull. Myself and a group of people raised money so we could go to Romania to help the orphans out there ,we walked over it in fancy dress . It was 1990. I can’t remember it being that noisy though. Lots of traffic nowadays or am I just getting old 😂 I walk everywhere. I love walking. Love your channel

I’m doing more walking than I used to but I’m not measuring exactly. Things like going up and down stairs. Parking away from stores. Swimming. Being mindful of my walking as opportunity presents itself. When the wind and snow slow down I plan more straight walking. It’s always good to see your smile. Thank you, Ilona, until next time.❤️
Parking a bit further away and walking to your destination gives you another bonus. Saves on parking fees.

Well, given our frigid temps of late in New Jersey USA - I can only manage about 1.5 miles a day ! I’ll do better in warmer weather !!

Good morning. I dont know how to reply on your blog, the one i have followed since your first paper article, years ago. I want to say so agree with your last post on there. I cant walk as far as you but you have inspired me to walk more, as i was a catch the bus 2 stops lady before. Inspired me to use cash more. Love your shopping videos. Love your scenery pics. No smart meter, i am the smart meter. No d d for utilities, pay monthly. This all filters down to my daughter, who i live with. If my mum was still here, everything you say would resonate with her. Hello Varina. Nice to hear from you. I have the comments turned off on the blog at the moment. I am subjected to a lot of bullying, nasty people who relish the opportunity to have a good moan. I am having a short break, not posting on there at the moment. My research shows me that the big plan is well on the way towards a new world order. It will take a massive effort by those who don't want to go down that route, to turn things around. But we cannot give up. We must carry on, taking control of our own lives. Using cash wherever we can is a good start. You make up the rules for your own life, do it your way.

Nice to see the sun even if it is cold. The noise is a bit overwhelming. January has been a challenging month especially the first half with icy paths then storms. Managed to pick up the pace in the second half and have clocked 94 miles on circular walks from home.

Check out the links on there, I follow the right people. I used to put everything on the main blog, but that brought a deluge of troll comments. I haven't got time to have long conversations with people. I point them in the right direction, then it's up to them to do their own research. I wonder sometimes if people know how to use a search engine. They want someone else to do all the work. After four years, I am now at the point where I can just skim read the news, because it all makes sense to me. It's obvious. Join the dots.
I don't think many people are clever enough to do what you've done - me included! I can see exactly where you're coming from now, & everything fits into place, it all makes sense doesn't it.
I've just recorded another video, it will be out later tonight.
By the time you get back to your car it will be dark. I feel its not that safe for you to be gandering about.

I know I am perfectly safe on that bridge at 5.30pm. My risk assessment confirms this.
