Thanks, I appreciate it. I enjoy making the fitness videos and have more planned. The mats are interlocking squares. I believe EVA polymer. I actually got them from Aldi, a grocery store. They had a bunch at a good price and I cleaned them out. It must have been a special seasonal item because I’ve never seen them there since. Mine are only 5/16” thick and I have experienced some bubbling/buckling over time. Maybe from thermal expansion with the seasons. It is sitting directly on a basement concrete floor. I would probably recommend something a little thicker. But a great upgrade for sure!

@@bradleyjpaolucci they’re pretty good imo. I feel that they’re better than the fitness reality handles because they don’t shake around. I don’t really use them at the moment because of the program that I’m on right now.
Hi! I purchased the dip bars independently. I did not get the kit with the dip bars, plate holders, J hooks, and landline. I intend to make my own custom plate holders attached to my wall. However, the fitness reality plate holders are for 2” Olympic plates, so 1” standard plates will not fit. Check out 6:31 for the dimensions mounted on the short side, however, this is with the dip bars orientated outward (on my specific cage). Check out 4:52 for dimensions with the dip bars pointed inward. This is mounted on the long side of the cage, but you can just measure the inside distance between the short side bars on your specific cage, and subtract the difference from what is shown in the drawing. Otherwise, check out 3:08 for the dimensions of the dip bars. With this, you should be able to calculate anything you need for mounting on your specific cage. I hope that helps. Otherwise, just let me know and I can measure something if needed.

I would still definitely recommend them. They are a little sloppy on the vertical posts, but completely secure. The large diameter handles are very comfortable. I also tried a set by a different manufacturer with typical 1” tube. I gave them away. The Fitness Reality dip bars are way more comfortable.

On the shorter side of the powercage, how far is it between the handles? The distance on the long side seems way too wide for me!

Meanwhile in Canada it’s $113...that’s 90 bucks American
I searched different options and prices for a long time. Fitness equipment can definitely be costly or hard to find in stock.
