I once was close to God but not anymore I also stopped reading the Bible until It's gone, can't find it anymore so since im broke I downloaded the Bible app and it's still so much better to read with the real physical bible than on my phone tbh, one chapter felt more rich in the physical book than the 10+ chapters I listened to as an audiobook on my phone...

Hey Anayah, thank you so much for sharing. I struggled with understanding salvation for a minute but if there's one thing I can tell you is that God is a faithful God. Now I want to tell you two things:
1. Salvation is all on Jesus, not us (Ephisians 2:8). God has forgiven us by His mercy alone and offers us eternal life, free of charge. All you have to do is ask. You've realized the ugliness of your sin and your despite need for Jesus in your life. Now you can turn away FROM sin and turn TOWARDS Jesus and follow Him.
2. Lukewarmness is worldliness with the title of Christian over it. In Romans 12:2, it says, "Do not conform any longer to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind so that you may be able to test and approve what God's will is: His good, pleasing, and perfect will". One thing that will definitely help avoid this sin is reading the Bible. Now, reading the word is all in how you see it. Some see it as a study book, others as a heaven pass. What I can tell you is that the Bible is a book about God, by God, why we should love God, how to live with God, grow in God, and most importantly, God's love for us. The word will help keep your heart out of worldly things and break worldly habits.
The one way to know you're saved is if you do this: Remain in Jesus. Read John 15: 1-12. If you remain in Jesus, his word, and commands, you'll remain in his love. If your following Him everyday, you can remain confident that Christ is in you. But don't mistake this for perfection- in fact, that's what grace is about. God already knows all the sins you finna commit, and even knowing that, He still died for you (Romans 5:8). Knowing that God loves you, let this encourage you to learn, grow, and follow Him.
I know it's a scary realization, but that's what makes Jesus so wonderful. He's always with you. You'll be alright, Jesus name. 🙏🏿
Oohhhhh also (last one 😁) you don't necessarily NEED be baptized to be saved (Romans 3:22), however, it's HIGHLY recommended 👍🏿

I’m 12 the truth has been revealed to me but I struggle to stick with God, I’m always putting things that aren’t important before him, and I’m slowly drifting from him, so please, pray for me, and may God help me!
The world can be very distracting, and it is very easy to drift away with so many secular things being put in front of us. I suggest trying to surround yourself with Godly things, like watching christian youtube videos, listening to christian music, and immersing yourself in His word. I know this can be hard, I´m 13 and I struggle with this too. It´s like a paddle boat on the water, sometimes we have to force ourselves to keep paddling so that our boat doesn't drift off-course. I will pray for you, that you may not drift away, but stick with Jesus and have everlasting life. Grace be with you, amen!

Don’t be scared I was just saved last week I believe and Jesus saved me and I make sure to keep a relationship ship with him everyday and have faith. Yes the rapture is coming and you have to be prepared for our Lord to come and get us because you could be left behind. Cut out everything that makes you not closer to Jesus such as Tik Tok and things like that. Ik it might be hard to cut off things but you have to stay away from the earthly things that disconnect you from him even friends. But I encourage you to stay strong and have faith that the Lord will come at get us which he is very soon. And don’t forget you are not the only one who feels this way because I did too at first but then I started to have more faith and seek him more than I ever have ! I’m only 15 so don’t think you are ever alone sweetheart because your are not ‼️❤️

Break free man- take the chance and face the unknown and know the Lord will catch you when you fall. If you’re feeling guilty and feeling distant- you’re probably chasing something you shouldn’t be or doing things you shouldn’t be doing and its taking a heavy toll. Sometimes it takes something as simple as loving something, in this world, more than God to severe the relationship. Happened to me- I loved a woman more than God and i felt the ramifications in my life. I felt alone and i didn’t know why until i opened a bible years later and understood what happened to me. Read the bible, truly open your heart to changing, pray even for your enemies and start from there.

People judge me but I tend to ignore it. I always get thoughts like “what if Jesus isn’t real” then he tells me “do not other people’s thoughts cloud your positive energy and your connection with me. in the end it is worth it all!”
I also get thoughts like this but then I think back to all the times Jesus has worked in my life and the evidence I’ve experienced for myself. Your mind will often try to deceive you because your flesh is different to your spirit.
i’m 16 and i moved in w my dad when i was 12 which also means i had to switch churches i loved my old church i was always there all day and on my free time but now my new one i don’t feel anything when i go there i thought i’d get used to it but it’s been 4 years nothing’s changed i still just feel like it’s some place i go every sunday just sit there and go back home i just stick to online preachings but i miss being a part of everything and serving

Remember we have to be in silence to hear God. It is good to sit in solitude and meditate on the Word, we must create that intimate space with the Lord and while worshipping together is great sometimes it's best done alone. Everyone's walk is different.
i have quite the amount of free time and want to use it for good. thanks for this video, as a teen my relationship with God has been strained. i’ve noticed once i started to focus on that strained relationship, i lost a few friends and people probably would think i’m crazy for it but it had most definitely benefited me by praying. i was struggling and after praying everyday and night and learning i’ve found my struggles taken off of me.

A really good point you mentioned is sleeping. I'd waste my mornings sleeping and feel drousy all day instead of utilizing that time. I'm 13 almost 14 in July and my relationship with God isn't bad it's just all over the place. I read my bible and I pray everyday and everytime I sin against God, I just feel like he's not there for me anymore when he is because would never leave anyone alone. In my past I never prayed I read my bible I never did anything to grow my relationship with God and that was because back then I didn't care about anything or anyone apart from myself. But one day God was allowing me to pray and read the bible everyday which I thanked him for that. The problem is now,I don't wanna keep living in the same sins and falling in to temptation because im just sick of it now. My faith is alr i wouldn't say its perfect But its actually good. I trust God with everything, I'm trying to include God in everything I do which I'm kinda struggling with. But yeah. Where two or more are gathered in his name, so is he in the midst of them. You can have two or three people in a worship setting, and there you have church. You don't need to meet with 50, 100, 150 people in A building to be meeting together. You can do it with just a few and be fulfilling that verse.

katherine koul 🙏🏾 Once you have repented from your sins, asked forgiveness and confessed Jesus as your lord and saviour you have been forgiven of your sins and you become a child of God born of His Spirit. You must believe this. Pray always for the Holy Spirit to help you overcome any sin, He is your Helper, walk closely with Him through prayer and hearing of the Word of God. If you cant go to church listen to sermons online, but try your best as possible to find a local church and find someone holy spirit filled who can disciple you in the Faith. Its a journey so partner with the Holy Spirit who will guide you x

I know how you feel... The world is very distracting, and it's only going to get more evil.. You need to talk to God, and read His word. I know it can be hard to know what to say to him, and it can be hard understanding big word used in the bible (I thank God I have good reading skills, but I know for others it can be alot harder) but reading his word and talking to Him is necessary. I pray you will get back on track with God, and that you will have eternal life with Him!

Hello. I want to build my relationship with God. I really want to get rid of my bad habits that make me feel like I'm drawing away from God. I just can't help listening and watching worldly things sometimes. I want my heart to be rooted in Christ😢
You know what, I've had so many people, even strangers try to turn me to God but I only feel closer to him for like two day and later feel more drawn to the things of this earth and I feel my soul is missing something sometimes.
My personal theme for this year is change; change in character, relationship with God and man and changing the way I do my things (cause there's always a fight inside my mind on whether I should do something, leave it half done or not doing it at all) . My life is a total mess
If you want to get closer to God you can fast and only drink water because in doing so you will deny the flesh and this can help you

thank you so much for this this year especially after getting back to school in person i felt very very distant from God to the point where i was doing bad things that i know displeased God and I didn't go up immedintly and ask for forgiveness. I have anger issues and I’m not social and I sleep very late but I’m always energetic I don’t pray that much sadly but I’ll try to change that and

I’m a bit more calm
I pray A lil bit so I’ll try to change that
Stop letting my friends ruin what I think
Which they cuss A lot so don’t worry I broke it off with my best friends he’s a boy when I say this I loved him so much it was hard (As a best friend)
I have gossip friends I’m trying to find new ones then I’ll break it off it’s just It’s really fun talking to them(when there not being rude to other people)
listen i have anger issues to and sometimes i still fail but yk what we need to stop and think and pray as soon as we are angry and he will take that grudge feelings away as soon as your anger kicks in pray automatically as soon as it happens until God take the hate and mad feeling away and until he ease you, also do not be unequally yoked with sinners be with people who can help improve your walk with Christ thats what i did and i became so much better and happier its better to have Brothers and sisters in Christ people then wordy people and yeah just pray he will help you as he is helping me

I’m 12 about to be 13 and I keep cussing and my music is a lil exploit and I wanna change and my other sins I have confessed and repent and changed my other sins but especially the cuss ones are hard :(
Im 13 and honestly even before I was Christian I tried not to cuss but I couldn't stop because of the friends I was around. My friends cuss alot and that also cause me to cuss(thinking its normal for teenagers) but honestly it was wrong and now that we have to be homeschool and going online class It's been awhile I haven't talked to my friends or text them and they don't even text me either so I found that time to ge y closer to God and since im not around my friends It's honestly much easier for me not to cuss and It's been a long time I haven't cuss but sometimes in my head I say it lol but I guess that doesn't count because I dont cuss anymore it depends if someone cuss and the cuss word is either in my head but I don't say the cuss word because Im trying to be Christ like and getting closer to God and also trying to read my bible everyday. But if u want to stop cussing all you have to do is set a goal and try not to cuss or do any sins and think about things before you do it... Think about if it will glorify God, if not then don't do it!!
