Dear Baiju sir, I am a regular viewer of your channel and your automotive videos are equally informative and fun to watch. In this video about the latest Fortuner you used/said " four into four" meaning 4x4. Even though " four into four" might be very familiar usage for keralites it is essentially a wrong usage which got stuck with mallus. The correct way to say "4x4" is "four by four ". As you are a renowned auto journalist such wrong usage of words could be thought as correct way to say 4x4 and many could imitate you . Kindly do not repeat this mistake in future. I wish you continued success with you channel.

@Sreehari Dilip Bro ,which variant u will buy if u are concerned about mileage and maintenance. Vehicle will be used only in city roads-,no off-roading purpose
Both are petrol variants -Gulf specific
4.0L - 235 HP 6 Cylinder
2.7L - 164 HP 4 Cylinder
For the 6 cylinder; back camera ,touch screen,differential lock,cool box and auto AC included in the package . There is also a significant price difference between the two variants.

i am using a 2011 model Corolla sedan presently. Planing to replace it with a mid-range SUV . i am aware about the ride quality issues with the Fortuner when comparing with their other SUV lineup. Fortuner and RAV4 only falls under my budget and prefer Fortuner due to its size .
As i am traveling a lot in the city traffic ,Mileage is a great concern .So i will go for the 4 cylinder variant moreover there is price difference of 4 lakhs between the 4 and 6 variants.

In many markets ( especially in developed countries) Fortuner is considered as entry level SUV. Premium SUV's are BMW X5, Audi Q7, Range Rover, Escalade, Porsche Cayenne, Volvo CX90 etc. As a renowned auto journalist, please be kind enough not to mislead the public.
