Can't see using the screenpad unless you're using an external mouse. You CAN switch it fairly quickly to touchpad mode, but it will then switch back after a few seconds, so it can't really effectively be used as a touchpad while screenpad is on. (You CAN turn on/off the screenpad with a function-key option, but this takes a few seconds as the monitor refreshes. It's basically connecting or disconnecting a secondary monitor.) Recently, just for fun, I tried booting to Ubuntu from a USB drive, to see how Ubuntu handles the screenpad. Found that it treats it exactly as second monitor (though the orientation was sideways and had to switch it in software). Might be more useful this way, allowing video play while still providing normal touchpad functionality (though the mouse-cursor is really hard to see at that size).

To fix the problem, I either leave the call or remove the headset and plug it back in. I have this problem 3-4 times when I'm on a call. If I connect without headphones, it's fine. What is the reason of this? Has anyone experienced this situation before?

Hit the F6 key (or Fn + F6 if function key mode is on). It will bring up an overlay allowing you to choose between Screenpad Mode, Traditional Touchpad Mode, and Touchpad disabled. Choose traditional and the display on the screenpad turns off and acts like a normal touchpad.
Can you use the screenpad as a drawing pad and reflect it on the main screen? That would be lit. And can it use stylus on the screenpad for precision hand writing? I don't like touchscreens laptops or tablet with stylus because is not natural to write or draw with my arms up. It just feels uncomfortable. With this design is a lot more better IMO.

It does not support the My Asus app because "the architecture" does not allow it, therefore the functions are limited. I can't sync my cell phone or anything that is shown in the video. I can only use the numeric keypad and basic micorsoft office tools. I was robbed, Asus limits us and lies to us.

Plus, does this have a Windows version of V21H1, V20H2, V1909 or V2004? Excuse my knowledge. I have a very basic knowledge of laptops lol. I've been browsing, seeking laptops that I can use the adobe creative suite for example. So thanks in advance :)
Go to macbook or other brand. ScreenPad is nice but useless. It overheats due to a poor ventilation system. In addition, if your macbook has a problem there are many repair centers that can help you, with an Asus no, they will take a long time to assist you and there is nowhere to take it to repair it easily. This is based on my own experience.
@@jorgehmosquera8402 I would have paid $1900 to repair my Asus when it coast $2200. And the diagnosis coast $100. It failed after a year and a half of getting it. The entire process took two months, but I declined the repair quotation, it wasnt worth it. I really hope you make the best decision and enjoy your new computer.
If you have a video playing on the screenpad, can you still use the trackpad in the normal way (e.g. when you activate numpad, you can still use the trackpad on other models)
When a video is playing on the screenpad, you cant use it as a trackpad. Although there is an option for a three-finger tap that automatically brings up the trackpad whatever you're doing on it previously. So that should help you quickly use it as a regular trackpad anytime.
