Back here in the uk that 3 minutes is probably the most spectacular and exiting entertainment we have seen for months ,wonderful ,full of spirit ,skill and an attitude of let’s put on a show boys for everybody ,and oh boy I love the passion your commentators have,class!
That Chiefs team was so good, not taking anything away from what we got now though and I'm sure it will be a great contest tomorrow! Won't be able to watch as I'll be at work sadly :(
The skills are just so impressive. Right down to the ball placement after the tackle. Such complete players. We struggle to develop them to this level in the NH.
These skills are bred in at school level. I moved to NZ when I was 8 and was blown away by the skills kids already had for the game. They just live and breathe it every day, so by the time they are adults it is all natural. Much like Basketball in the US I would think.
I think the current All Blacks are really missing a Nonu in their side. Not only was he a great ball carrier, staunch defender, but he passes and created opportunities like a fly half. As great as the current All Blacks may be, the 2011-2015 All Blacks were a cut above the rest of World Rugby. This coming from a South African.
Because Black/Brown faces all look the same? FWIW, NZ is part of Polynesia along with Tonga, Samoa, Tahiti, Hawaii etc hence similar races, similar features. But Fiji is part of Melanesia along with Vanuatu, Solomon Islands, Papua New Guinea which are different races, different features. I know you probably don't mean to be racist, maybe you can learn something from this.

We need to speed the game up, and have the ball in play more. to many breaks in play, plus the tmo, takes way to long, making a decision. This 3minute is how it should be. And if a player ain't fit enough to play 80minutes then he has no place on a rugby pitch

From memory he was considered a high maintenance personality, so at the end of 2012 no club had signed him because they didn't want the hassles. So the leading 12 in the game had no club coming into 2013. I believe the NZRU stepped in and leaned on the Highlanders to take him so they could keep him in the AB's

You know when you see those mothers that resent the displays of talent from other children, that highlight their own child’s relative lack of said talent, then proceed to speak loudly about what they’re witnessing in all manner of negative terms hoping to deny what’s clearly observable to everyone else?....... that’s what it’s like listening to NH rugby fans when SH rugby lights up the jets
