from what I see they aren’t necessarily bound by rope or other binding of sorts to the saddle but they do have some type of harness keeping them in to stop them from flying off

Idk both the monkeys and the dogs looked like they were having lots of fun. Monkeys will befriend dogs. And dogs are genuinely nice. The monkeys and dogs are probably friends and hang out all the time.

they don't seem scared or tired at all. Dogs love learning tricks and doing things for their masters. I mean, have you ever interacted with a dog before? That is what dogs live for, it's what fills their lives. As for the monke, it doesn't seem to be in distress. Do you see the capuchins flicking their head back a lot? Do you know what that is? It's their body language for when they show off or are pleased with themselves, so they're not distressed in this video, not at all.
