John Casablancas was even worse than the description of this video. I met him once, in a very brief encounter. To the time of his death he had business partners who were owners and directors of regional franchises. These were mostly involved with modeling classes and catalogue assignments and casting for television advertisements. John Casablancas used to visit these Elite franchise agencies for the purpose of interviewing candidates for runway assignments in Milan. His main objective, for these visits, was to choose trainee models for grooming in New York City and eventual transfer to Milan. I never heard about runway assignments in any other city. The focus was always "Milan". In the mid 1990s a number of parents of very young girls who had been taken to Milan tried to file criminal charges against John Casablancas and his associates because their daughters had disappeared from the city of Milan, and could not be located, anywhere. The truth which came out, in a very limited way, was that girls who had been transferred to Milan as Elite runway models, had been "loaned out" to some of the wealthiest persons of Europe, Asia, and the Middle East. I knew, and a few others knew, that these girls had been fed drugs, as preparation for use as sex partners for wealthy friends and clients (of John Casablancas and his colleagues). I have wondered how it was possible that this information was ever kept from the general public. What most people read and heard about John Casablancas was that he had a "15 year old girlfriend". Why and how it was kept quiet, that he was directly involved in the drugging and prostituting of girls younger than his girlfriend, I cannot explain. He was the worst of criminals, and somehow was never charged with anything. His relationship with a fifteen year old girl, horrible as this was, was only one part of his criminal lifestyle.
I remember that. There was a very beautiful girl that was flying to Milan over our High School break to see John Casablancas. She ended up DEAD from a car accident where allegedly drugs were involved. She NEVER did drugs. We ended up doing a $$ collection so that her mother could get her body home to Pennsylvania.
