I just got back from my first visit to Stockholm. It was super cold but I found everyone to be so friendly and helpful! Beautiful city with great museums (and pastries :). P.S the dress looks great on you, great vid as always

We have a large feral population where I live and when we can catch them we bring them in to get fixed. Life can be hard for ferals and your relationship with Bonus is so beautiful. You are a wonderful momma.❤

I use a self closing bin for my cats stuff and a larger for bags containing old litter and put full waste bags in with it and take both out when I change his litter at end of week. I love your pyjamas I am considering a one piece from them heard they are nice. so funny Bonus drinks from a glass I wouldn't trust my cat with a glass I have an extra large bowl in my room away from the kitchen and one at his food bowl. You aren't wrong about short hair I recently did that as well for the same reasons. That dress is lovely will look that up. I used to have a moka pot but burnt the handle and now use a nespresso you are making me rethink it ;) Happy Birthday Bonus from myself and my cat :) his is mid-May ;) 🐱🐈⬛ 🎂🎂

I start with a morning meditation, then some cuddle time with my 2 cats Molly and Fred. I get up, bathroom and washing up and brushing teeth. I then feed the outside birds front and back yard. Then it's time for coffee and a sit down. After that's done I'm off to the store or the farmers market and when I'm back home I clean up, do laundry, etc. (My cats get fed at 6am and I go back to sleep until 8am, then I'm up and moving along) Some days vary a little but most days are like this. Feels good to have a routine. Blessings to you and Bonus!

Kudos to pajama collection. In own very universe pajama could be the one uniform in different color, texture and material decent for lounge, casual and business. So simple and functional :)

Bonus' glass of water! My routine is almost the same as yours, except I'm lazy so there's no working out, and a little bit less cleaning. But like you, I sit down with my hot drink, and get up several times out of habit to do other little things. So funny we don't give ourselves that uninterrupted time to just sit and drink.

I try to incorporate your tips as much as possible but living with a gardener husband and a big dog (I wouldn’t give them up for anything but, so much of the time, they bring the outdoors in 😂). Your videos always motivate me to do what I can and I often pause your videos so I can do something you’ve mentioned and then come back to them. Perfect video for these tinderbox days... it's funny, when I retired to be a caregiver for my folks and try to have a better social media game, I had to 'unlearn' how to do things more slowly. To consciously say "I don't have to rush" I can do everything with mindfulness... going at a normal speed from task to task because I don't have to rush to get into the office on campus anymore... it's good to see your content as affirming my own path, in a way. 💚

Real baby oil you used? How did I miss that? I like seeing all SKINCARE items and how they are stored. *CLINIQUE* technology is great, very thorough. K18 is the best on the market as far as TECHNOLOGY goes for hair. I tell you the difference: *OLAPLEX = horizontally bonds the hair* and *K18 = heals the hair horizontally AND vertically.* The inner structure of the hair gets nourished so to speak. K18 is somewhat more healing, gives more hydration. We definitely see the results!!! ... but forget the hair, look at you in a black DRESS!! Wow, we've never seen you in a dress before.
