    • @Alphacentauri819
      @Alphacentauri819 ปีที่แล้ว +6

      @@cammieklund how do you know he doesn't know that?
      Not everyone is sensitive to oxalates. There are many factors that contribute to a person having issues (or not) with them. If they have the enzymes to break them down...if their gut has the right kind of bacteria to also help break them down, then most people are fine.
      Be careful with cognitive distortions and blanket generalizations.
      The outcome you warn of, will only happen to a small percentage of people.

      @@jensmail7 absolutely! I actually got the recipe from my nutritionist it's now become something I do everyday. You can also add electrolytes. I do 1/4 tsp Celtic sea salt and 1/8 tsp cream of tartar ( potassium). You will want , 8- 10 oz of water , a wedge of lemon juice , 1 tbsp of ACV and 1/4 tsp of Ceylon cinnamon.

    Can I add nutmeg to the banana and cummin ‘sleep’ mash?

      I don’t know about the chia but cinnamon definitely works for high blood pressure, I used to take medication but since I’m drinking cinnamon tea or add cinnamon to some foods I have a normal blood pressure. Of course I’m keeping a close eye to my blood pressure because I don’t want it to take me by surprise and affects me. 😉
