Great video! Love all the graphics, really helped with the story telling.
hello tingman!!!
Man you are on every cubing based vid I've seen 😂
Weow it’s tingman
I saw a video and it said ther are like 820k people who’s name is tingting
Hallo tingman
"I use X, because I am X" is the ultimate flex.
there's a distastefull joke here I won't make
When I first learned CFOP, I learned it as Friedrichs method as well. That was around 2010-2011
Sometimes I feel bad her name was "lost" with time but at the same time things just evolved and they are mostly not the same algs anymore
@@rbeauvilain
The CFOP method was invented by a number of people together. Some came up with OLL and PLL while some came up with F2L and Cross. Fridrich was simply a part of them and the one who popularized it.
Thus, I think it's better to drop her name as it would be disrespectful to those who joined her in the task.
This woman invented the whole OLL thing that really annoys me learning it. But it will pay off I just got a 27.52 on CS timer.
My pb is 19 secs without knowing full oll i just know full pll
I got a 25 on beginners method
@@vadejaaaskelainen3222 same here. I know every PLLs, but not all OLLs, those L shaped ones are just horrible to learn.
learning olls is not worth it, you should try making your f2l really good, like 15 seconds on average, and then learn full pll considering you already know 4-look ll
@@vadejaaaskelainen3222 i dont know full oll and also dont know full pll, and my pb is 11.07secs without skip xDDD you should stop cubing, dude
That's insane! I didn't know she had created the algs herself! What a brilliant mind...
The mind of a (perv) man.
This girl solved a Rubik’s cube without even touching it.
So simple, yet so complex.
You have just got to keep repeating over and over and over and over again, until it becomes second nature... when you master it it will all be worth it, if it was easy no one would give a flip..Good luck🎉🎉
I complained about having to learn 57 algs, she wrote them down starting by nothing! How can you find an alg without a computer? There are just too many moves to try
1:05 cursed cube
All the love to our Czech brothers from Slovakia!!
yeees, další video.
Už se nemůžu dočkat!!!!!!
I use CFOP thanks Jessica!!!
Awesome video! Enjoyed it
Nemůžu uvěřit, že
1) Česko pomohlo ve speedcubingu, a
2) že Tingman se právě dozvěděl o České republice
Tky
That's insanely awesome! Very cool!
I will agree the amount of effort that requires memorizing all 57 OLL algs is so high and you could just memorize 10 algs using 2 look from which you are probably 1 or less than 1 second slower, but if you try to memorize it early on than you won't regret using them.
Team of the people who use CFOP / Fridrich's method (+ some extra algs like some yellow cross forcing and some COLL)
👇
This is so interesting, great video 👍
Love the video!!
Super video. Je super, že Češka vynalezla tuhle metodu.
What an Amazing video 😍🥰as a cuber i loved it 🥰😍😍
I am from slovakia
Great video
Without her, we'd all be using Roux. Yuck
very informational thanks
This look so handy sense when I get a cube
idk who u are but ur video for recommended after 23 hours
it's interesting and nice 😊
Very interesting video. keep it up. Regards from Uruguay, South America.
@@uncubeable I’m not from US, so I know where every country is😂
You really need more publicity
Great video. Subbed, and followed the IG too.
Yes i still lead people to fridrik method to beginners. Thats how i learned 30 years ago
1:01 i just realized that the color scheme on one of the corners is wrong
Based Fridich
I remember when we used to call it the Friedrich method
1:00 how is there two green center pieces and a red orange edge and also a blue green white corner piece pause da vid and u see
@@uncubeable what does this do with a messed up cube
1:02 2 green centers?
Who is from Czechia ?
yay czechoslovakia
#underrated
Creating the algorithm itself. Wtf 💀
Fr 💀
Damn, these infinit f2l algorithms and the ll algs written by hand!
i can't believe what would happen if she faces the Roux maker, will they invent CROUF?
4:41 minutes video...
suspicious
00:57-1:00
He said inwented lol but good vid
If not her i would have to learn roux or something😀
Yo
I CAME FROM SUZANE COELHO!!!!!!!!!!!
0:40 WHAT IS THAT EUROPE?! IS THAT CHILE?
Her: mentally solves the cube before even having it, putting it into practice after a few hours
Me: not wanting to even start watching this video until I have mine in my hands so I can follow along JUST IN CASE the video talks about anything useful
Our IQ difference is higher than unsolved variations
Your history is not complete, several method already exist before Fridrich published her method, corners first, Watermam , Petrus, Roux, and yes CFOP which was used by Ron van Bruchem before Fridrich published her set, btw the word speedcubing was also invented by Ron. Fridrich was just the first published a CFOP set.
cfop wasn't invented by jessica fridrich
david singmaster invented cross
rene schoof invented f2l
fridrich generated oll and pll
What do you mean "...invented cross?" Are there algoritmhs for the cross? I'm doing it intuitively.
@@f_society9151 created the step
Do you know what year Rene Schoof came up with the F2L Pairs idea/way to help solve the cube? Do you know of any other methods that pairs pieces during solving the cube? The reason for asking is that my younger brother put 2 pieces together to solve the cube back in 1980 or 1981. I remember him saying he 'doubles pieces up,' to solve the cube. I think he got this from instructions that came with the cube back then as far as I remember. He was about 9 or 10 at the time.
@@Feverstockphoto
cfop and f2l were invented in 1981.
the other methods that use f2l include zz and petrus. ZZ was proposed around 20 years after cfop, while petrus was proposed on the same year as cfop.
@@otay5817 Thanks for the reply and information, very helpful 👍
someone else would have invented the same
using roux lol
The video is a tiny bit incorrect. Until the sex-change Jessica was a guy named Jiri. On early pictures of competitions you still can see Jiri.
It's most widely practiced to refer to people who change the gender they identify as with their chosen one even when speaking of their deeds prior to it unless the individual specifically asks they be treated as distinct eras.
In a completely unrelated video, there's no more reason to address her changing the gender she identified as than there is if she changed her favorite color at some point.
@@flashraylaser157 it's most widely practiced to falsify history and to lie that human beings can change their sex.
the rubiks cube was invented in the 50's, its wrong
No
this "woman"
👍
Welp, fail on my part. I was just sitting here admiring how I hadn't seen that comment yet when I already would have twenty times on a non-intellectual topic but you had to ruin it.
Social conservatism is literally scientifically proven to strongly correlate with lower IQ.
Except Fridrich is a man, not a woman
she is most definitely a woman
Social conservatism is literally scientifically proven to correlate with significantly lower IQ. That's why comments like yours are so much rarer on a video about an intellectual topic like cube-solving methods and outright virtually nonexistent on quantum physics videos that feature trans people, while easily ten times more common on videos that don't have a commonly intellectually gifted audience.
Ask yourself why here you're a minority, on a physics video you would possibly be literally the only one, on a common video about a mundane topic half would agree with you, and on a video about farts the majority would agree with you.
The statistics are trying to tell you something.
@@flashraylaser157 a man can't be a woman, cult member. That's a scientific fact.
This is not a woman. Stop lying.
fridrich is a woman. I thought it was a man when i first learn solve the cube too lol xDD
@@orange18355 You thought it right then
It's a man.
cfop op
also czechia lets go
I met someone today who said he used fridrichs method, and I didn’t know what that was. I use fridirichs method
We all mostly called it such until the late 00s. CFOP gradually took over.
I even recall Feliks Zemdegs referring to his chosen method by her name back then.
