RIEP Charlie Whiting . Drivers didn't take the piss on virtually every corner when he was about. He was the boss, not the emotionally vulnerable drivers
Team's didn't steep over the line with him. Charlie held a line of respect and made sure he was respected also would not be afraid of the team's.
@@chriscollins550 exactly that! Now the drivers are emotional wrecks, grassing each other up on the radios for the most pathetic reasons..... Charlie would've said man up or walk away

It's interesting listening to Eddie address young drivers. I never thought of this as a vehicle to educate young drivers, just to entertain fans like me.
PS, have you spoken about Kimi Raikkonen yet? Got lucky in 2007 i think. If he had the focus of a Michael or Fernando, he'd have gotten more than 1 championship, no?

The big boys are once again lost not just in F1 but with their brand!!! To clarify my comment I would not buy a B.M.W. car or bike I would not buy a Volkswagen or Audi or Merc in my humble opinion over priced over rated bits of metal !!!!!!!!!!! With massive massive running costs producing massive profits for little gain to the consumer ..Take a good look at what you get and then see for yourself . Talk to your mechanic and just see which cars /bikes they have to work on most .. Good luck !!!!!!!!!!!!!
