I will never be a Ranger or Special Ops, or tactical anything TBH, but your fitness tips are incredibly helpful for me (F61) getting back in the swing of fitness. I tell everyone about your rucking vids because as important as rucking is for young men, it's even more important for old ladies 👵🏼

@Grittysoldier Not really couch but I’m pretty intermediate level fitness. Already pretty strong need to work on running mainly. Should I still do military prep with run faster or stick with hybrid warrior and run faster.

Ha! I came here to say something similar (F63). I usually walk with a 10lb weighted vest, but I'll need to try the rucking.
I’m about 10 weeks out from basic training and found this I bought the work out plan and I’m gonna give my all until it’s time to go

Few years ago military was supposed to do study on corelation between pt scores and passing schools,was this done,and if so what was the result

If you are a pretty fit person, stick with hybrid/run faster, but if you need to build a base go with the latter.
