I like to put a 50lb weight vest on and mow 5-6 lawns around my house.
If I lift 6 days a week in order of Push, pull, shoulders and leg, how can I integrate running and boxing into it?
Running/box in the mornings, 2-3 times a week. If you’re prioritizing strength, always run before and separate running from your lifting sessions.
