    I suprised myself with a 573 acft score a couple months ago. I used your standing power throw video and added 2 meters to my spt. Still a ways from maxing it. I appreciate your content.

    If I lift 6 days a week in order of Push, pull, shoulders and leg, how can I integrate running and boxing into it?

      Running/box in the mornings, 2-3 times a week. If you’re prioritizing strength, always run before and separate running from your lifting sessions.
