Best suits for me are the Dino Thunder team’s. White Dino ranger was literal perfection, plus with how the suits evolved with Super Dino Mode and the Red Ranger’s battleizer. It was just perfect.
Just want to mention HOW DAIRANGERS HAVE THE COOLEST SUIT EVER !!! Seriously their costume are not retro like the old series and to this day Is modern and super cool just for that their suit should be In goat-tier and not classified with others!
For me, Jungle Fury’s Jungle Master Mode suits are at my absolute top tier. The primary color + white for the suit’s colors looks gorgeous, the already awesome helmet designs get white accents which REALLY makes em pop, and the shoulder pads + jet boosters give it a perfect blend of “not too simple, but not too busy” to me (Also, the jet gimmick was the coolest shit ever). The “claw booster” weapon they got was nice looking too, especially with how… “floppy” some of their other weapons were (I’m looking at you, shark sabres).
There's so many cool suits in Power Rangers, it's kinda hard to pick a number one favorite. Narrowing it down, some of my top favorite suits are Magna Defender, SPD Shadow Ranger, Dino Thunder White Ranger, Titanium Ranger from Lightspeed Rescue, Solaris Knight from Mystic Force, and all the suits from Ninja Storm.
In the case of picking favorite suits, I'd have list my top 10: 1) Mystic Force 2) Operation Overdrive 3) SPD 4) Super Megaforce 5) Dino Thunder 6) Ninja Storm 7) Time Force 8) Jungle Fury 9) Mighty Morphin 10) Beast Morphers

You gotta check out the super sentai suits. Dairanger is S tier. It's where they got the white ranger for mighty morphin power rangers. Also jetman goes hard
I wonder if hasbro would still use those suits since i believe they were made by toei for use in power rangers only and hasbro stated they no longer would partner with toei/sentai.
More like the old plex designers. Hasbro designed the suits themselves but the same people who made the titanium ranger in lightspeed rescue and the spirit rangers in jungle fury also made the cosmic fury suits.
FUN FACT: The triangle pattern on the body of PR Dino Charge refers to the colored triangles people hangs every festival or celebration which the super sentai showcased every time they morphs. They celebrate like in festivals. Sad the english version removed this reference. 🤧 ANOTHER FUN FACT: In PR Jungle Furry, their original morphers are not the glasses. It's the claw weapon they use to transform into master mode. Sad they changed it.
I don’t know if it’s a hot take or whatever but I don’t like the cosmic fury suits and I think it’s because they don’t do much with the chest area in my opinion The chest comprises most of the suits so leaving the chest blank makes the suits look bland and while things like the cape or armored arm do look cool and help distract the attention of the chest it’s still a flaw I see with the suit. I could understand if this was done to differentiate the suits from the Sentai suits as these are originals but I still see it as a flaw although it probably won’t matter as the suits are manly going to be in action
True they are genuinely and in my opinion I mean their sentai version are some of the best and unique deisgn but they ruined it by making it a continuation of the previous season.
I really liked the Beast morphers suits... It was great to have a departure from the spandex as those suits looked like they'd actually offer some protection and the focus on a black base with the colour on top looks much better than the white. My favourite though was always the dairanger suits that they only used in Supermegaforce... shame they never used them for MMPR2 except the white one. I think its also a huge shame that they're skipping the kyuranger suits too as I really like how individual to each ranger they would have been.
In GekiRanger (Jungle Fury), there's a sporting goods company called SCRTC responsible for making the suit, that's why it had that sporty spandex feels. Geki Violet outfit took inspiration from Muay Thai fighting attires and Geki Chopper was literally a Karate Gi, which explained the belt or what you called "the satch"
My favorite suit gotta be the Donbrothers suit, the fact that they all look different but similar at the same time is sick, the change on each individual ranger suits had any minimal change but because each rangers have different builds (The pink has very long legs and the black ranger looks like Sonic) which made it that even though they are different, they are still one team.
I personally like the zeo, space,timeforce, ninja storm , SPD, Operation overdrive and Samurai(megamode) suits, those suits are looking cool also some of are badass too like White Ranger & Quantum, titanium, zeo gold They hit the nostalgia
The best suit for me have to be Shinkenger (Samurai) and Gokaiger (Super Megaforce). They look so good with the black parts, and really represent Samurai’s and Pirate’s really well in the ranger style. Not to mention how FLASHY they are!
Spd is the best they have ever looked imo. The black stripe with the white gloves are amazing touches. Plus the helmets look so sleek and timeless. Red ranger helmet was the best.

(Not being full of myself my daughters names are Kendrix and Kendall and I owned the 5th largest collection in th world before they were born. Its actually boarder lining on unhealthy obsession)
My favourites are probably the Thunder Ranger suits. Just one question: how could you mention the googly eyes with Dr. K saying they're not eyes, and not have Dr. K reminding you that... "IT'S NOT SPANDEX! The material is self-assembling nano-fibre formed with an intercellular shape memory alloy."
Ninja storms costumes got to be my favorite. They could open up their mask, so you could see the human characters inside and the emotion on their face, rather than looking at a person in a motionless helmet. Even though I like the thunder rangers suits better than the base 3 ranger suits, it still messes me up seeing the lack of color variety between the suits. There were basically 2 blues and 2 reds between 6 rangers, that's 2/3 of the team.
The animal helmets that distinctly identified the animal that powered the ranger. The suit design with the stripes almost like a general with the bands in ranks. Yellow Ranger had my favorite all time suit and carried a sword (first time a girl ranger had a sword as her primary weapon). The role calls and the poses to me make Wild Force the best designed suits and they also had very little secondary color in the suits and boots.

I do know that Cosmic Fury is using Megazord footage from Kyuuranger but I rather that be used primarily for when Uchuu Sentai Kyuuranger gets turned into it's own series so we get the suits used as well as the suits used to show us non-human characters
8:41 I can't believe I didn't realize how those black pieces on the SPD helmets were supposed to specify which numbers they are! That was a good observation. Man, 18 years and I never knew that.
My favorite suits are the Omega Rangers from the comics, the only thing that could make them better is capes. My favorite suita from the shows would be the Zeo suits but my ideal suita would be the Zeo suits with yhe MMPR helmets and some dragon shields. Except for the gold Zeo ranger, he's perfect as is.
I'll be honest, I've never liked how the earlier helmets had those bumpy lips on the bottom. I know it's to make the rangers look otherworldly, but I've always found it weird. That's why I prefer the later helmets, like Dino Thunder and S.P.D. cause their helmets looked more refined. It's just a shame that between those simpler looks, we still had the mouthed ones.
To answer the question of the day my favorite suit is the Dino thunder white ranger because white is my favorite color and it’s cool to see the color white which makes me think of the element of light be used in a evil ranger
My favourite ranger suit will always be Dino Thunder's White Ranger. It's simply 6th ranger perfection, black accent colour, spikes, red visor to reak up the fit and just maximum sleekness.
My favorite was the Jetman suites. I had a Red Hawk Jetman suite made custom for me and I planned on wearing it to PowerMorphicon, but Walmart wouldn't let me get time off and I lost over $100 on the ticket. I then ended up wearing it on my first date with my wife (it was on Halloween).
Personal opinion, I always thought that the in space suits are very dependent on body language due to the way the visors look. They aren’t the most friendly looking ranger helmets but are some of my favorite suits.
The biggest issue with Megaforce was that the order needed to be swapped, with the divine powers from Goseiger either being a reward for proving themselves or simply being the treasure they're searching for. Final Battle stays since they start and only use the Goseiger suits in that aside from their own. Suits definitely look good with shoulder pads/shields or like in Gokaiger when they lean hard into a themed suit, same for Skye's suit as head of SPD and the "Ascended" Omega from that game. Best I'd say is the Ninjastorm with helmet detailing that frames the visor, the arms being used to cut up color while having wrist guards to match the ranger, and thunder rangers getting have shoulder pads and their legs also breaking the colors.
My TOP suits are the following: 1. SPD B squad the numbers and bold colours work for me and the helmets remind me of Motorcycle ones, but Kruger's Shadow Ranger suit goes HARD. 2. Mega Samurai Blue would come next the shogun looking version specifically but the White Cloak looks mint too. 3. Mystic suits as who doesn't like a Good CAPE but Pink looks the best as i LOVE Her and even in Base Vida looks YUM with that corset get up a baddie through and through.
Why top 3 suits are Dai Shi, Korrag/Wolf Warrior, and Void Knight. What can I say I like the armored look. For a more basic suit I love the Comic Green Ranger and Dino Thunder White.
I think the chest Power Coins on the toys and in the first movie were meant to make them look more like traditional, American superheroes. Superman has the “S”, Batman has the bat, and the Power Rangers have their chest Power Coins.
Fun fact, Battle Fever was co created with Marvel and for a time they were part of the Marvel comics universe belonging to their own earth, Earth-79203
Unpopular opinion, but I really like the turbo uniforms. Even though it's based off Japanese footage you get a sense in universe that these powers were likely human made. And since Cosmic Fury showed Billy's ability to create powers you can almost tie it back to turbo, indirectly showing Billy had something to do with it as well as foreshadow future seasons like light speed. And this is the first time you see the grid literally bending the laws of logic by making a ranger grow. This sentiment will later be repeated in other characters like Crugar and the silver Dino Charge Ranger. This last part's a joke, but it's probably why the cast of once and always loses 20 lb every time they morph

One of my favorite Power Rangers suits is the Gold Ranger costume. I also liked the suits of Lightspeed Rescue.
Unpopular opinion, but I really like the turbo uniforms. Even though it's based off Japanese footage you get a sense in universe that these powers were likely human made. And since Cosmic Fury showed Billy's ability to create powers you can almost tie it back to turbo, indirectly showing Billy had something to do with it as well as foreshadow future seasons like light speed.
And this is the first time you see the grid literally bending the laws of logic by making a ranger grow. This sentiment will later be repeated in other characters like Crugar and the silver Dino Charge Ranger. This last part's a joke, but it's probably why the cast of once and always loses 20 lb every time they morph
