Make a video for AMV in which you explain by example how to perform all parameters

As seen from your video, excel toolkit declares in the regression output as (1) residual error and (2) standard error of the intercept; whereas you labeled and used them as (1) residual SD of regression line and (2) SD of Y intercept of regression line correspondingly. Should we consider these errors and SDs (residual error = residual SD of regression line; and standard error of the intercept = SD of Y intercept of regression line) are same?

STANDARD ERROR IS NOT STANDARD DEVIATION !!!!!!!!!! SD= SE*SQRT(N) where N is the number of samples !!!!!!! CORRECT YOUR VIDEO!!!!!!!

Why are you not turning the standard error values into standard deviation by multiplying by the square root of 6?

Yes you are right. I am also confused. Sometimes people use intercept or sometimes standard deviation or sometimes standard error. Very confusing.

@@shahzadahmed5012 According to the FDA the ICH says you have to use SD. Look here, Section 7. www.fda.gov/regulatory-information/search-fda-guidance-documents/q2b-validation-analytical-procedures-methodology

Thank you for this important video. I have gone through other similar videos too. Now, I am confused whether we have to use ‘standard error’ (generated by excel) directly imagining as same as ‘standard deviation’ or we have to convert generated ‘standard error’ into ‘standard deviation’ by multiplication with square root of number of paired measurements used first. I would appreciate if anybody clarifies the above. Thanks.
