    Thank you for this important video. I have gone through other similar videos too. Now, I am confused whether we have to use ‘standard error’ (generated by excel) directly imagining as same as ‘standard deviation’ or we have to convert generated ‘standard error’ into ‘standard deviation’ by multiplication with square root of number of paired measurements used first. I would appreciate if anybody clarifies the above. Thanks.

    The best explanation on how to calculate LOD and LOQ I have ever seen. What if your x-axis is a logarithm value (Logx) what further calculation may you do to obtain x

    Hello shouldn't we be converting all standard error values to standard deviation by multiplying by the square root of 5?

    Hi, thank you very much for the demo! I am just confused about the following:
    ICH mentioned using standard DEVIATION for calculating LOD and LOQ, but the LINEST function gives standard ERROR right? Why do we not have to convert the SE value to SD value by multiplying with sqrt(n)?

    Hello, first thanks you for this presentation. Really a great work.
    At the end you have 2 different results by using Y intercept SD or Residual SD of regression. So which one is the correct answer for the LOD and LOQ values ?

    • @Infiniteanalyst
      @Infiniteanalyst 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Thanks for watching the video and query. Yes. Two different values are possible. Both are correct. That's why ICH given the options.. I will post a new video to show the reason for two values soon. Share with me your email address , I can share my papers, where I recorded Detection limits based on all five methods

    Sir, if I have peak current instead of area in y-axis then shall I go with same procedure or I should find the area of the current curve and then proceed with regression fitting?

    • @Infiniteanalyst
      @Infiniteanalyst ปีที่แล้ว

      You can go ahead with peak current. Y axis only a number, it can be any number
