how many times a week do you do this? I'm guessing every other day works, to give you a rest day in between.
Thank you for the video, I just have a couple of questions to clarify. How many reps/sets on Russian Twist? Same thing with front squat. When you say 10 lunges, do you mean 10 lunges per leg or all together?
id do 10 for each leg
How many front squats?
Would these workouts work Nordic skiing (both skate and classic)? I have about 3 weeks before my skiing season starts and I really want to work this off season

How many days a week to start with?
Response is a bit late, but since this workout can be done without weights you can easily do it every second day
If you can do 6 sets of mini leg blasters within a couple of weeks you were already in great shape!

How many russian Twists?
I had a similar exercise from a fitness class, we did 30 seconds per set. I would do 5 sets.
i have a herniated dsc, so i'll just go ahead and skip the Russian Twists.
As a true viking.. Huh? My preperations for back country and slalom is... Get the f out in the snow and do your shi...... Prepare for? :D ??? Naaah.. Go go.. Hike all year and you good. Np..
Sorry this will discourage many non-hardcore athletes. You surely don't need to use heavy barbells to condition yourself for recreational downhill skiing.
