Hi just got mine but the jetting is all wrong.Perfect is 162main ,38 pilot,air screw 1.5 turns and a 2008 rm 250 needle 3" CLIP.(NECJ) yes i know it a suzuki needle but it is really spot on.Now no flat spots or burbbling just crisp also routed the 2 breather pipes up into the air box and i didnt recieve the sump guard but the dealer has rung today and they are in plus the manuals.
Yeah mine was blubbery on low end so I lowered the float height to 8 mm 165 main 35 pilot N2ZK needle on 4 2 turns out on the air screw. just put a Michilin trial tyre on and the grip is amazing. where are you from?
Hi i am from Wales .Just fitted a S3 head with the sxs high compression insert as it comes with 3 different ones low comp, med comp and high compression now it really flies if you send me your email address i will forward some pics and a few other mods.Going out for a few hrs tomorrow and racing a week Sunday.Take a look at Carl Tiley Rd 6 on you tube i am second of the line in second row vets.

Hi, forks are very good not a big improvement over the closed cartridge (Excellent)but you can alter them on the fly.
