No radiator fan on the 2 stroke six days, four strokes have the fan. KTM have improved the cooling system on the 2017 300 and 250 - 2 strokes so maybe no need for a fan. The older 300 did need one and overheated regularly.

Nice bike, just ordered a '17 300exc sixdays myself. The picture I was shown when ordering had a bash plate and pipe guard from factory, yet yours doesn't?
in the uk all bikes were sent out missing the bashplate and pipeguard. the dealer will be sending them to me when they come in. this happend in 2013 when I bought the same bike.

Swapping out the coolant for evans waterless will help with any over heating issues too.
