@@danielkruger7589 I run him mid. He definitely needs at least one assist for decent mix but he’s also got a beam so I like running him mid. My team is adult gohan, goku black and kid buu. Sometimes I run janemba anchor

He does have *one* actual mixup, but it's so hard to use, that most players can't do it in game.
He has a little bit of mix but it’s not great compared to other character’s
You know...I never realized how good Black’s corner carry really was until Wawa started using him. He uses 214M midscreen more than any other Goku Black I’ve seen.
Because the oki is kind of iffy 236h is the better route for half a bar

I like the original costumes, I find theyre easier to see. The Goku black one’s quite nice, but I wish his energy colour matched the Dark purple of the Black Kamehameha from the show, I think that would be a cool change.
Not to be overly critical of someone’s art, Im just thinking out loud. I don’t know if Goku Black even uses the energy blade in his base form in the show, so I don’t know what colour it would be.

Black point is the way for mix. Solo you'll rely on staggers, system mechanics, and IAD cross ups. You could try getting away with IT stuff but that's hella unsafe.
If only they buffed him and zamasu so we can see more tournament play

Why does wawa use air dash instead of the sj float mix? Call the beam assist after the teleport and there is your mix. Sure its reflectable but thats why I use 214L for reflect bait or maybe im just try hard like that🤔. Disscussion?

I have two comments.
1. I usually don't like DBFZ game mods, but that Goku Black skin looks pretty sick.
2. Why is WaWa so f*cking good? WTF?
Black has tools, but they are dull when compared to others characters. Like his diving kick, Cooler's has a much better one. His long range command grab is worse than gogeta's. His instant transmission is predictable, but is a unique tool nonetheless. As a Black main for 2y, I can say he's not bad, but is far from the Big boys.
He feels vanilla, like a S1 character still hell even Krillin got good shit now. But he’s not bad like everyone says he is garbage tier lol, his normals are still super good and his 2H is one of the most bullshit ones lmao, I’m considering using him just for fun and honestly, that’s what counts. Having fun with a game.

If you main Goku black, It's clear you should consider putting him in the point slot for season 3. His teleport mix with the right assists (high block stun assists) looks really strong.

Landing the divekick refreshes your double jump so yeah thats what happened

Ive used Goku Black forever. He’s got some solid damage and generous combo timings, so hes great for me because I suck at this game. Is he bad or something? He seems to see more play than characters like Nappa.
He has decent neutral and good staggers, as well as some good buttons and ight damage but he just doesnt have the tools to open you up or frustrate you. He plays like Vegito, but without any of the tools that make Vegito Vegito(aka frustrating to deal with) You have to make full commitment when it comes to going in with him, and its for minimum reward

@@katf9513 Yeah, his instant transmission is his only mixup tool , and its very easily countered, and doesnt work well without assists backing him up. His command grab is easily reactable, even in heavy lag, and that should say something for how bad it is. And he has only one low, which isnt a make or break in this game, but unlike most characters without a 2L (Trunks, Ssj Goku, Janemba for example) he has no other strengths to make up for this. No left right mix, no high low, and unless you’re in a corner, no meterless sliding knockdown

Zamasu has the highest damage in the game and top tier mix. His hellzone literally gives unseeable 50/50’s for one bar. His neutral is trash though, but he at least has a -2 to -4 lariat and can use assists so it’s not all bad

When you hellzone, not only do you get guaranteed lightning setup, but you can get close and vanish to mess up their inputs on wake up so they can’t reflect. They get hit that way, too. It’s also hard to see the vanish if you’re close because there’s so much smoke. I think Zamasu is the only person with hellzone that doesn’t disappear when you reflect now. Look up some of his pressure, it’s legitimately top tier with even decent assists. And if you block it its legit unseeable
Zamasu is an overall bad character bro. Just let it go.

I'm assuming you mean superjump install teleport? Because there is no air version of the move. The funny thing is: You don't need to do SJ install with that move; Black will turn around after airdashing over anyway (unlike Bardock 236M for example)
@@danielkruger7589 yea, I've misunderstood the concept around the move, is actually a super jump install, which I find too hard to execute. I don't know exactly if he does that, because it seems he floats a little while doing the mix with bardock B
@@shade9200 I can't for sure say this is the input notation for a SJ install, but last I tried I was doing the typical input for whatever quarter circle move you're doing and adding the input 7 or 9 in there respective to the direction. Execute the input fast enough for the 2 and 7 or 9 to interact and give SJ properties. Can't remember if you need to input your button for a move after or before the 7 or 9 input (might not even matter), but that shouldn't be hard to figure out with some labing. Good luck.

Wawa was conditioning them and plus most of the time it was covered by a assist so they had to hold that regardless
