That's also true in the states. Depends on the dentist. If they look at it and think they can pull off a win with reasonable problems expected, then they will pursue it. If not, they will tell you to look elsewhere. All based around their own comfort/skill levels (and expected profits vs time/effort). Sadly, the entire dental industry has almost no regulations, so dentists in the states don't need to have any formal implant training, so the range of expertise is very wide and there are plenty of dentists here that can't do implants properly or try to do them too cheaply, etc. Los Algodones has 300 dentists, most appear very good, but of course, there's a few bad ones, you gotta weed them out, just like any large group to choose from. Do your research and ask a ton of questions from any dentist you choose anywhere.
I live in Santa Barbara My all in 4 cost me 75k I live down the street from my dentist, I’d rather pay more then less especially because my dentist is way more accessible to me, vs having to drive to Mexico if something goes wrong, plus I’m 1000% scared of the cartels …
