Individualities of each instrument are so strong and free that sounds more romantic than may be Brahms intended, I think. Beautiful performance of Brahms !!!!!!
Gautier has a worthy french flair reminiscent of Tortelier. 22:35-22:39 Look of ABSOLUTE WIN! 10:31-10:43 They really reached to the absolute climactic octaves into the high F, Kavakos really milked it for all it's worth.
Great interpretation of this profound masterpiece. 2nd movement for me another suffering Brahms in beauty!
Just wonderful! Bravo!

It's the perfect recipe.
Beginning at about 15:46 in the second movement, the passing of the theme between the strings is so beautifully seamless.
Che esecuzione! Piena di intelligenza e di passione. Stupendi...

Good morning to you and ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Look at the way Kavakos caresses that D6 during the Trio.
Isn't that lovely?

"Une certaine?!" 😅
Kavakos always looks like someone dragged him out of bed a half hour before the concert 😂
Brilliant~! But why these long shots? We need (much) more coverage of the piano. There is almost none here
13:33 Isn't this a new tempi marking?
❤

captivatingly committed but way too hectic .........
(my benchmark : stern/istomin/rose )
a bit hectic but not way too much. There are many ways to play this "right". Just an opinion.
STOP CAUGHT BETWEEN MOVEMENTS!!!
Kavakos always like homeless 🤮🤮🤮
Thank god for that! Too much stuffiness in classical music. Grateful to him for keeping it real.
@@arkamukhopadhyay9111 not really, he could at least respect his colleagues. give me a break.
@@duckisfaction I'm sure his colleagues don't care.
