Part# LH680005 pilot its in the captions in the beginning of the video as well. It could also be the Ignition Board LH33WZ512 or the spark electrode LH680512. Start by turning the furnace disconnect switch off then on. Then see what the furnace does if its in lockout mode nothing will happen unless you reset.
Thanks for the grt vid! Was troubleshooting my parent's HVAC and this tutorial came in handy. Wasn't the same exact issue but the info provided helped get things working again, much appreciated!
I have a mid-90s Carrier 58gsc065 that does not spark or flow pilot gas. I do get 28V. Could the problem be the igniter, ignition control, or gas valve?
What kind of gas valve is that I need it to repair a furnace. Furnace I'm working on is a carrier no serial number the thing is as old as I am. Its a series 101 has a standing pilot but the pilot valve is not manual its automatic or controlled by the TSTAT. The valve itself just has an "on" and "off" position and yet it is a combination valve.
Have same model and see similar issue.. My main burners don't even start. Thinking its the same issue. Can't even get any help with the Corona virus lock down.. Will see if i can get a replacement assembly online. Thanks
I had my furnace replaced a while back, I gave all my spare parts to my HVAC contractor. If I still had them I would definitely part with them. Most warehouses are still in operation I'm assuming you can still find parts. Watch the descriptions though I had one where the photo didn't match the part #. Good luck! Stay safe!
@@northsidevideo1938 if you don't mind sharing, what model did you get ? I'm leaning towards replacing the 33 yr old furnace altogether and very confused on what to replace with.
@@rameshms Comfort Maker with the 2 speed motor. I also went from 75000btu to 90000btu as the old was struggling to keep up on the 0deg days. It was a slightly different footprint, but the heating guy did a great job fabricating a plenum.
What is the part# of this Pilot assembly. I have the same model of 58GS furnace without and spark and pilot flame when calling for heat.

That's the furnace I grew up with in my childhood house!
It definitely has some miles on it!
