This ad kind of misses the whole point of Krusty Burger being on The Simpsons. That being, that it was supposed to mock fast food places like Burger King and McDonalds, not be the one that happens to be disgusting. It's quite a bit of silly sell out-edness.
Krutsy burgers a parody of McDonalds in general. The Ribwich is based on the McRib after all and they've done plenty of commercials for burger king before so why would they slander them

If you ever have the chance to go to Universal Studio's they have them in The Simpson area. Of course that's Orlando, don't know about California. I've never had it myself, but people say it's a something like McDonald's but with Burger King mixed in too. A few TH-camrs I watch say it's very good. It one of the main things on my list to eat when I go to Universal.
I'm pretty sure in real life they would taste terrible. But everyone eats there because it's one of the few places in all of Springfield to get a hamburger for cheap.
The solution to your problem is quite simple, Krusty: COOK YOUR MENU ITEMS WITH BETTER INGREDIENTS! You think we want to eat stuff that looks that bad?!
