Good review. It was good that you told people to keep the speed up. I've flow the larger T28 model and, as I recall, it could be slowed down quite a bit. Thank you.

I was flying rc with my flight instructor earlier today, he came in too slow and bent the nose gear of his old t-28 😂

This looks exactly like the FMS 800mm t28

EN: It is. If you look on the image of the instruction manual in the video, it is the FMS T-28 800 mm. Just distributed by Fair RC, another distributor from China. Tim

Super review I absolutely love your Channel. Not only do we get a thorough review on the RC plane being showcased but as always a rich history of the original plane which I believe works hand in hand for a fantastic complete showcase review. That definitely is a very attractive looking RC plane. What makes it even more attractive is knowing full well what is needed and what actually works well coupled together for a much better overall experience. This in itself is everything when one's exploring which model or what set up generally will work the best. Thank you once again for doing this video and I'm always looking forward to what's up next. 👍👌

These 800mm planes are a nice convenient size. I have a 800mm Skyraider however I have to pick my days when the grass at my field is really short or dry and thin.
I will say, I’d like to see talk about FRIA/Non FRIA and remote Id stay out of reviews. Compliance is a personal choice and I don’t think it needs to come into the conversation about the planes themselves.

Jon: Thanks for checking in! Following FAA regulations is not a "personal choice." For the safety of all, the regs should be followed. Just what professionals do. Tim

@@TimMcKay56 I’m going to disagree with you on that. The RemoteID was prompted by irresponsible quad copter pilots not vested hobbyists. They created the problem by drawing attention to model aircraft as a whole by irresponsible operation and not following AMA safety guidelines. Professionally I have to deal with people who fly quadcopters over my commercial vessel. They are oblivious to the rules they are breaking and the problems they are creating. For that reason alone “I” refuse to be lumped in with “them”. Compliance is a personal choice, regardless of the status of your flying site. No site that has been AMA sanctioned should be denied FRIA status, it was vested prior to authorization to be safe for the operation of model aircraft and nothing has changed.

@@Jon_Flys_RC I think we are sort of in agreement, that the drone pilot knuckleheads cause way too many problems for "normal" RC pilots. But I research this a lot. The impetus/driver for remote ID is really the commercial drone industry that seeks a fully integrated manned/unmanned airspace system for their commercial ops. RID is just a very early first step in this journey. If you accept this, the hobbyist is simply dragged along for the ride. Hobby drone pilots continually violate controlled airspace and RID for the very first time will allow location of the pilot. A lot more to follow on this . . . but RID is not going away. Tim

I made files for prop adapter to use a regular apc 7x5/6 two blade prop. 15$ is expensive for a prop imo. I haven’t flown mine yet as I’m waiting better weather. Takes 10 minutes to print the parts. Even the nose spinner can be printed and just twisted on.
