BTW, I agree with the guy who said, cleanest diy video out there. Lighting, camera stability and quality, speed, length, detail, fast fwd, narrative best I've seen on any subject. Do one on doing effective instructional videos!
Thanks for nice method to make permanent plug. For quick testing (for repairing a laptop for example), you can make a temporary plug using snips of tin can bent into an arc (dosn't need to be full circle, just an arc to make contact) and a straightened paper clip or piece of bare copper wire. Fit the pieces in the laptop power jack and then put some hot glue in between, and you can power the laptop using any appropriate DC power brick
Good idea, to bad it want work. Positive isn’t the middle pin, but outer layer of the inner ring. Basically, you are shorting positive and negative of charger port
Great Job I have a samsung lap top model NP940X3L but I lost the charger and thus doesn't have were to plug the C3 charger like other lap tops.... It only has a HDMI input ,plus the onthat all barber box outlet have ... Can you recommend me something... Thank you .. for your time ,and information, may God Bless you ,your family and got you Tube channel 7x.
Would you have a thought on how to do something similar with three wire? Com is center pin, hot seems like a small contact on one side of the center post.
Just wanna ask sir Alvaro from the Philippines, If I have a spare laptop charger of the same specs 19V can i simply cut the spare charger then DIY it with the original charger
I think this video is best if you have an old computer with no charger whose charger would be worth more than the computer itself. You can buy random chargers at flea markets
Your video's been stolen by another TH-camr, they stole mine but I reported it so it'll be deleted soon. Two more reports and their entire channel (which is nothing but stolen videos) is gone. Copy: th-cam.com/video/evPo6EtJG44/w-d-xo.html Reporting form: th-cam.com/users/copyright_complaint_form
Haha this is not as described in info on video... 1 you did not make 1 you used and existing charger and made another fitting basicly... home made charger i wanted to see you make 1 not just use a charger 🤦♀️🤦♀️ 14 minutes wasted could just put positive wire inside a pen lid negative on outside plug it into the port you can cut end to fit better use electrical tape keep wires and pen lid together simply plug into laptop sorted pen lids come in all sizes find your size make sure plenty wire on inside of pen for good connection and also make sure lid fits outside if not use alittle tinfoil over negative wire wrap around outside of pen lid plug in so snug fit sorted 😊
Wow. This is more than genius. I never thought I could find such a video. You are more
Shows how we make use of the materials around us to improvise......Very much admire the effort......Thank you
