I'm not too familiar with doctor who but wouldn't it be easier to just put mirrors on the inside lens of sunglasses and put it on the angels head essentially making them observe themselves and unable to move permanently?
It might work but it's very risky because they can send you to the past by just touching so at least there's has to be a group of people for each weeping angel to fight them this way.

I'm not too familiar with doctor who but wouldn't it be easier to just put mirrors on the inside lens of sunglasses and put it on the angels head essentially making them observe themselves and unable to move permanently?
It might work but it's very risky because they can send you to the past by just touching so at least there's has to be a group of people for each weeping angel to fight them

The only issue with what Batman said about artistic representation.
You got to remember, ‘Anything that holds the image of an angel, becomes an angel’ - the 11th Doctor!
If a Weeping-Angel can leap into a person’s mind (like one did to Amy pond) and a Video becoming an actual angel as well as later in an official canon mobile game (forgot the name), an Angel taken as a photo infects the phone and starts to control it.
I’m fairly certain that drawing one would achieve the same results. Correct me if I’m wrong.
