1 KG OKRA OR LADY'S FINGERS
2 TSP OF SALT
1 TSP OF GROUND BLACK PEPPER
1 TBSP OF PAPRIKA
1 TBSP OF RICE FLOUR
1/2 TBSP OF GARLIC POWDER
3 TBSP OF CORNSTARCH
1 TBSP OF ALL-PURPOSE FLOUR

what you wanted is dehydration. You can use an air fryer that has a dehydration function and is not fried in oil. Unfortunately, we have not tried that. The dehydration process can also be done with other vegies.

1. if you're thinking na i-pack sya na naka fry sya, it may loose it's crispiness unless eh dehydrate mo sya gamit ang oven.
2. If you're frying it like as per order, you can slice ng marami at naka babad lang sya sa malamig na tubig, but you really have to pat it dry po before adding the flour at before frying.

you can pat it with dry tissue po or after hugasan.
gaano katagal bago masira
Upon sitting lang po yan. Unless dehydration ang process, which we will still have to try.
