Great if one tries to use them after sun or fan dry m.
in microwave./ Induction/airfryier... killing all vital nutrients. N adiitionally leaving number of health problems in body due to waves which are very very harmful for our not only human body but also to plants n animals. Therefore I request all sisters and brothers great if we all could avoid these appliances and have natural food.
I am not against dry veggies vapours. We can have it, But drying method as far as possible should be natural.
